Wow, this is an older hotel. The convenience of the location is wonderful. The staff is top-of-the-line breakfast outstanding. It would be nice if the pool could ever reopen they could increase the room value by 50%.

Everything was great. Bed and pillows were amazing!!

The rooms were huge. Free breakfast was nice. Close to the highway The parking lot wasn’t big. Not many options for breakfast

Excellent location, and the best staff and breakfast bar in the valley!

The room was nice, staff was nice, breakfast was decent. The area is sketchy and the parking lot and main rooms of the hotel are run down.

The price . Once you pulled up you see a bunch of homeless people hanging around. Outside looked run down . Once you enter it’s hot inside. The elevator was filthy . Hallways reeked of pee. Hotel room wasn’t clean well. Sheets and blanket were stained. Fridge didn’t work. The vending machines wouldn’t take or keep change. The first impression terrified me.

Convenience Handicap parking

The building as a whole was dirty, our room was clean for the most part. But the phone and A/C were both broken, shower head was messed up, one of the hand towels had makeup on it, I’m guessing from a previous guest, and there was a broken handle on one of the drawers. Other than that, decent place to stay, as long as you don’t mind being cursed at by 12 homeless people as you are walking around property

Clean, silent and secured place.

We like the hotel and have stayed there before it’s in a good place except for the homeless cap beside it made me and my wife nervous she won’t stay there again until the city does something. It’s sad because it’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the hospital and baseball field.
