The Capitol Hotel

There was a note on the door that it was closed for renovations and to go next door to the Quality Inn. Kind of weird!

Parking lot poorly lit and concern that car could have been vandalized. Overall needs to be revamped and updated.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked through booking.com. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat everything was, and loved the location. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even when we were evacuated due to a water line break, the staff remained calm and helpful. The hotel did experience a main water line break while we were there, which resulted in a fire alarm at 5:30 am and evacuation through a flooded first floor. We understand this was the second one in two days. We also paid an incidental fee at check-in, which was not refunded. We also expected a partial refund for our inconvenience of relocating to a different hotel.

Stay here was great but for a 9 story hotel and only about 15 car it’s a bit sketchy and about 5 in the morning the water pipe bust good things just a pipe things happen better than fire lol

The breakfast was adequate, room was nice and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. There was nothing that I didn't like.

One elevator out of service. Fridge in room not working. For breakfast you have to go out front door and walk next door to another hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable. Just the whole place needs to take care of the small issues. Would stay again

nothing I Booked this Hotel through this site, However the hotel changed names, and I got an email from you that said I didn't need to do anything that everything was good I got that email on Aug 6. When we arrived, there was no reservations, no help from the check person. We drove all that way thinking we had a reservation, just to get there and find out we didn't. Very aggravated and frustrated. If I would have known I could have fixed it. Thank goodness the hotel next door had rooms and was very helpful.

Not one ice machine working except the top floor, of a 12-13 floor hotel…not worth the price

It was definitely not the most clean place and had an unpleasant odor. We had major plumbing issues as we could not even flush the toilet and had to use the lobby bathroom which also seemed to have issues. It really needs a massive renovation especially since the only elevator that worked was very small. Despite the condition of the hotel, the staff was extremely friendly in our many interactions with them whether it was waiting for the elevator at the same time or going to the front desk for something. We couldn’t have anything better to say about the staff but would not recommend the hotel itself.

I have stayed here twice and the area around the hotei has gotten worse lots of homeless people in the area around the hotel. Iwas given a room that had not been cleaned the second room did not have a microwave as listed they did bring one to my room afer i mentioned it to the front desk. The room was nice clean bed was comfortable.

Hotel was nice, ale were worried about the area when getting off the freeway. Everything was fine during our stay and the breakfast (even though it was at the neighboring hotel) was good!
