Nice hotel and close to everything

We arrived after check-in and they didn't have a room ready for us. Then they did not refill toilet paper or leave us toilet paper so we ran out. The sink in our bathroom would clog up and take 10-15 minutes to drain. The safe in our room did not work and they basically said they couldn't replace or fix it because they were taking them out or switching to new ones (they were not clear on that). Only one elevator was working, so when we finally got a room the wait was a long. We did report this to the manager, but nothing was fixed. Unfortunately, we were not the only people having issues. Many guest were complaining. One lady we met said they moved their room twice in one night, because of issues.

Great breakfast 🍳 Complimentary cocktails and snacks at 5:30. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the lobby. We didn’t take our pet because of the heatwave during the regatta, but it is very pet friendly. Walkable.

Great price for a suite. Breakfast and managers reception included.

Room was smaller than booked, toiletries were missing and it was only one person in lobby handling everyone had to wait until next morning to get stuff.

The Room was dirty the bathroom shower door was broken. Carpet needs cleaned, zero paper or pen to write. Had one extra towel in the room. Homeless hanging out in front of your hotel. People coming off the street to eat your free breakfast. You parking attendant were rude. Kids running the halls and playing in the Elevator all night. Been a Hilton honors member for years. Won’t stay at that property again. I was regular visiter

Great breakfast, nice staff, nice snacks, very clean

Fine for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast and the evening reception were good, the heated pool was nice. Our room was not well maintained at all. The wall paper had splotches and drips where it was worn away in a ton of places, scuffs and marks on the lamps, musty smell, kids squishy stuck to the ceiling, and the bathroom vanity starting to detach from the wall. The property overall was not as well maintained as the majority of other embassy suites. There was a bench in the lobby that had a large hole patched with duct tape.

Breakfast was amazing!

Central location and larger rooms for families. not all the elevators worked and the waiting area for the elevators is small.

I highly recommend this property for business or vacation with family!

Very big rooms The rooms where not very clean there was dust on most of the furniture. I found trash under the desk. The eggs where very running and tasted more like nothing they where over watered. Waited for 30 mins to be seated to eat and an hr for our food. I get there was a convenient going on but get more staff for those days. I also requested a corner suit but was told it was gone and all they had left was a regular room. And I paid the same price as a corner suit. And the parking is an absolute mad house when we go there there was absolute no direction on where to park everything in front of the hotel was vallet parking and when I asked where to park I was told go around the corner and there is an annoying thats where u park. No that was just a drop off the parking is in the parking garage next to it.

It was pretty good. We didnt even get a chance to check out the pool or gym or anything. The elevators were having problems and parking a block down the street in a rundown parking lot that also had elevator issuesis a pain,especially if you are in a hurry. Our room in general was not in great shape. The staff was friendly.

Clean, comfortable Nothing

Great breakfast. Expected a bigger bar area for the size of the hotel. No parking on property unless wiling to pay for valet. Have to use parking garage across the street.

Hand soap at sink was out. Not replenished when room was serviceg.
