Nice hotel. Parking was a challenge with the location. Make sure to call ahead if arriving late so you room is saved for you. Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful dining area!

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. However, they were grossly understaffed. It took forever to use the valet and one of the front receptionists threatened to quit in front of customers while cussing in front of children.

Our family stayed at this hotel one night and will not be returning. Upon arrival, we found a line of cars extending from the hotel front door all the way to the street. The line was moving slowly and we had to wait 15 minutes in our car in the street before we were able to enter the hotel lot. Only one employee was checking people in and check in was slow. Room smell was horrible (like someone urinated on the carpet).

Heads up: there is NO ON SITE PARKING as described. It’s either offsite or valet. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Otherwise, it was okay. Both beds in the room were broken? Literally slept like crap. The ac that was in the ceiling, was spilling water all over the counter and onto the floor. The bathroom shower needs to be scrubbed, there’s black stuff on the tile and grout. I have pictures and I did address it to staff. Also, I had valet because parking was NOT onsite, and the first time I went to get my car I was handed my keys and said “it’s right there” and moved the cones to get to my car. Just was disappointed and a one and done for me.

Staff was friendly. Very busy. Parking situation was confusing and lot was extremely backed up. Biggest complaint was I requested a crib / pack n play multiple times and never received one. Front desk confirmed it would be sent up as well as the automated teller on the phone (couldn’t reach a human from the room phone)- never received it.

Breakfast was great. Liked room with separate sitting area and additional sink. Parking was a pain however as it is offsite and felt dodgy

Location was exactly what I wanted, we were two blocks from restaurants and it felt safe to walk during the afternoon/evening. I wish I had understood more about the parking, but it is a downtown hotel, so be aware of that if booking. The room was dated, and ac only worked in half of the suite. Overall, the hotel needs maintenance. The pool was closed, and we were down to one elevator at one point in the evening. The staff though, was amazing! Breakfast was delicious, and very well managed. Cleaners were working hard throughout the time I was there. I thought everyone at the front desk was helpful, kind and efficient. I wish embassy suites would invest in this hotel - later in our trip we stayed in another hotel with a similar style, and it was very nice. Giving a better review overall than I would have because of the quality of the staff.

Couldn’t locate any help in moving luggage to room in terms of trolley and pool / hot tub was not working and pay for parking needs to be disclosed prior to booking
