Extremely helpful but overworked staff.

Well, everything was there as advertised, except for the breakfast and the bar. It is not as advertised and sometimes, I have to wait for a while until I can find someone to serve me food. It is not a buffet.

The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. The whole hotel was very clean

Very clean, neat and convenient I didn't realize until we checked in that there wasn't a continental breakfast, while the accomodations were nice it was very expensive and then you had to pay a separate company to park in the hotel parking lot.

Loved the cleanliness Parking was in issue because it said free on booking and then they tried to charge us

Room had space We had NO WATER and when I asked the staff about it I got a short answer from them, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was told that she is not on duty after calling them several times and leaving messages would still no response

Great stay after a concert and also the walking shower was awesome

May be one of my favorites to stay in charelston. Room was clean and roomy, plenty of food and drinks in house and the staff was very helpful. Went out of their way helping my husband very late after the concert we attended (in walking distance) to get him a pizza! Thanks so much

Staff was very helpful and property was clean. System issues prevented market purchases and pool was closed.

The restaurant options were really nice. We were able to order dinner via phone and go down and pick it up in to go containers and eat in our room. Food was all very delicious. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was unavailable/needing maintenance when we were wanting to go down to take a quick swim. The biggest issue was the air conditioner made a very loud whining noise all night making it hard to sleep. The website that we booked on said that there was free parking but when we got there, we had to pay $10 a night to park.

Location and the hotel staff were very friendly especially the GM Cindy and front desk clerk Brittany! They made our stay very enjoyable! View was great from our room watching the fireworks ? The coffee shop wasn’t open and couldn’t buy coffee or food if we wanted to
