Not much of anything except the desk clerk was nice and keep apologizing for out problem, Got in the room course wanted to go to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. That was the beginning of it went to call down to the desk asked him to bring some toilet paper to us and our phone didn’t work. I therefore I’ll just walk down there and get some could not get out of the room we were locked in. Then had to walk around the room to try to get enough of a signal to call the main desk to have them come and get us out, when the clerk got there, she apologized, but said they had had problems with people getting locked in that room. She then asked us if we wanted another room and of course we did.

Staff was very attentive & helpful though. Everything seemed to need updating: carpet/wooden structures/fixtures. Breakfast good & free parking always a plus.

The facility was lovely, the room was nice. The pool was not great - one of the underwater light was loose, & ended up floating free, the no-slip strips on the steps into the pool appeared to have been pulled off & never replaced, & the ladder at the deeper end was only the handles & no steps. Otherwise, it was fine.

Nothing Manager pre-charged my rooms to the card held for the reservation instead of letting me pay in person w a dif card. That’s not even policy. Our room had no shower curtain. Tv channels didn’t work. Small pool towels for the bath towels. Terrible location. Sketchy area. I will never stay here again. Very ran down inside!

Overall satisfied with my room and stay. My room was missing bath towels. I didn't notice until I went to shower. The front desk attendant was less than apologetic! This was a bit frustrating but everything else was good. The breakfast attendant made up for it with a Good Morning greeting and freshly prepared food. He was continually cleaning and checking dinning area. He definitely takes pride in his job. I was impressed! I left him a tip! Keep up the good work Sir! I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Bath towels in my bathroom. Apparently it was accidentally forgotten as all other hand towels and wash cloths were stocked.

We loved the staff especially the lady we checked in with around 3 on 9-17-26 she was extremely helpful made sure we knew all we needed to know and made sure we had all we needed. The pool was extremely cold.

Disappointing

Staff were amazing! We got a room and it smelled bad, like wet but the staff easily accommodated a new room. Unfortunately, the second room we were offered was not even cleaned. The 3rd room we received was good. We were thankful for the staff. Overall stay was pleasant, breakfast was decent. There were stains on the curtains, sheets, and carpet. We would stay there again.

The breakfast was phenomenal compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The person attending breakfast was very attentive and kept everything clean and filled! The tv didn’t work and none of the staff knew how to fix it.
