The staff was friendly The room was very clean but the repairs that had been done on it were very shoddy.

I like the location which was close to the hospital where I was going to the following morning We had left early in the second day of stay. I figured it would be better to stay one more night so my husband wouldn't have to drive back and I could rest. We didn't stay and checked out by six pm. I tried requesting a partial refund through booking.com and on my own with no response from the business. The room needs updated and cleaned a little better. I will not stay there again at anytime or for any reason. I also waited for awhile to get the key the first day. The desk clerk had a gone to restroom sign on the check in window for about ten to fifteen minutes.

Nothing Room was still dirty took for ever for it to cool down and it smelled like weed really bad the whole time there was a dirty rag on the shower rod

Nothing cause I didn't get to stay. We used to love this hotel but this time sucked. Let me tell you, I didn't like how the rates changed and then the man running it tried to charge our card even though I selected Pay at Property. Then when he couldn't charge it he tried to call me 1 time at 10:14am while I was at work and I couldn't answer so he canceled my reservation. When we went there he tried to lie his way out saying he called multiple times but my call log only showed the 1 time and wouldn't even tell us why this suddenly had to be done like this when we have stayed there quite a few times and never had this done. He also didn't tell us a reason for canceling when we planned to be there, and Pay at Property like we selected. To beat it all, after lying he then tried to charge us over $100 for a room when we originally booked for $74+tax

The bed actually had some sort of hole in the mattress. It was about 3ft in diameter and about 4 inches deep. Didn’t pull back the bedding to research.
