Easy check-in/checkout. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfast!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Swimming pool was well maintained.

This was an amazing hotel. It w as very clean and comfortable. It was great with 3 young sons and we were very pleased with the quality of the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my 4 day stay her . The only 2 things I didnt like was the pool area was so hot and muggy and the key card didnt work for some of the doors. But it did work great for my room. They were waiting on parts to fix the problem with the doors .

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Parking was convenient The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Hotel offered us $50 off our room due to our door LOCK not functioning properly. We were traveling with our children, it was late at night and this was the only room they had available for us. Half of the outlets did not work in the room. Terrible.

All very good at this location, will use it again any time.

Other than what seemed like an elephant in the room above me which isn’t the fault of the hotel, my stay was amazing. Clean room. Friendly staff. Pool is very clean. This is my new “go to” when visiting WV.

breakfast wasnt great

At first we were very happy here, we are IHG members and stay in a lot of Holiday Inn hotels, the beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed was nice, except there were no sheets/blankets or pillows and when we went up front to the desk they did give us sheets but no blanket or pillows, apparently they have to be reserved?? Why you would need to reserve pillows for a room with a hide a bed is beyond me. However, the cockroach crawling on the bathroom sink changed my mind. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights and we were leaving the next morning. Needless to say we won't go back here.

The breakfast was good. Location was good.staff was ok. The room was not handicapped accessible. It was very hard to get a 21 inch wide wheelchair through the room. Elevator door was small. Very difficult to use bath with wheelchair as bathroom was very small.

The stay was good. Room was clean. They need bars around the toilet (commode area) as it sat low to the floor.

Staff was friendly & room was clean. Perfect stay for us and our dog!

This was a layover stop for us, it was right off the freeway so that was convenient, hotel was located back behind the Bob Evans, the area looks run down, however never did I feel unsafe. I'm a smoker so I was outside late at night and early in the morning. Room was clean and ready when we checked in. The grab bar in the bathroom was a nice addition. There was plenty of food at the breakfast, it was hot and filling. There was both hot and cold options, it would have been nice to have some yogurt in the fridge. The pool was clean and inviting, our granddaughter loved it. I didn't see anything I didn't like about the hotel, it was clean and staff was efficient.
