Didn't stay... approached the property and it smelled like Marijuana! Not a place for me

Peaceful, clean, comfortable, and the stuff was so nice and helpful. It was great

There was nothing I liked Literally was treated poorly, was accused of stealing 2 pillows, then charged for the 2 said pillows outta my deposit. Fridge in room was broken and kept leaking and the bathroom wasnt even clean. And idk what "breakfast" yall was allegedly serving but there literally wasnt anything but an empty milk jug and stale chewy cereal

Room were dirty with roaches and knots

Mary the check in lady. The owner called us stupid white people. Said the room was the most disgusting thing he ever saw. We bagged our own trash, wiped counters and made sure towels were piled neatly. Took part of our deposit and that's why we inquired why. Then he got loud, racist and threatened to take rest of our money that was already in my hand. Only one ice machine on bottom level and the vending machines have signs saying it'll eat your money and to use a card. Wifi was trash and the TV worked 50% of time.

Our reservation was mistakenly set for the next day. When we arrived the person behind the desk was not helpful. We co tatted booking.com and they fixed the reservation and sent us a confirmation. When we went back tot he property the guy would it do anything so we had no place to say. Had to go pay for another place and when we emailed booking.com about the issue they never responded.

Breakfast was a little spartan, but... waffles! Good water pressure in sink and hot water. Bed certainly adequate. Lighting in breakfast area needed a little help. Be sure to get there early. 6-9am, so 8:20 going to be late for coffee and sufficient milk on your cereal. Exterior needed a clean up - lots of cigarette butts.

Smoking smell in the room

The shower was not clean. It had different types of body hair in it. It is also right next to the freeway so quite noisy. The breakfast was minimal. Would not recommend.
