Super 8 By Wyndham Charleston WV

Did not have the breakfast. Location was ok Cleanliness, toilet was too close to the floor, bathroom wasn't very clean. And the elevator didn't work properly

The front desk clerk was super sweet and made sure I was safe by placing me in a room that the cameras pointed at. The location was alittle sketchy being a female that was alone. The room smelled musty and needed some cosmetic work. I had to move the microwave to be able to plug it in and use it. That was a task.

The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised.

Staff was very helpful and even gave good travel advice Directions to the place was hard to follow super 8 was on 3 rd floor days inn on first and second floor had to call for help

This hotel had bugs. I’m trying to get a refund because we stayed less than an hour and were not offered a different room or a refund.

Very polite and nice woman at front desk. Room smelled musty. Elevator smelled horrible. No ice bucket and went down to get one,they didn't have any. Blood on shower curtain. Fire alarm went off at 1am and 5am.Who ever is supposed to take care of this place is not doing their job. I'm sorry, but someone needs to know. Thank you

Super 8 was absolutely fantastic staff was very helpful place was clean and it was a very nice place to stay!!

Very friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable. There were two chairs and a desk. The king bed was comfortable. There was not a big selection for breakfast, but the cheese omelet and the waffles were good and saved us money so we didn't have to buy breakfast. This property exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Got out of the shower and realized there were no towels. Only a washcloth outside the bathroom by the sink.

TV was small. It had only local channels on "cable". No premium channels and no smart features. Poor picture kind of fuzzy. Room literally right next to highway exit, but it was quiet inside room. Room was very clean and as pictured. Bed and pillows were very soft and a pleasant sleep experience. Grounds are kind of run down. Bathtub and little rough, showing some delamination and grout pulling away badly where tub meets the bathroom floor tile. AC worked fine. Didn't have the free breakfast but the area looked sizable and we'll maintained. Staff was very helpful when I made a few inquires.

Clean, quiet, employees are polite and respectful.

The breakfast cafe was closed when we went to get it so we drove to the Bob Evans for our breakfast. The location of the Bob Evans was very convenient. Also the room was very clean and quiet even with trains and traffic on Route 77/64 going by. Longer breakfast hours would have been nice. The toilet in our room was very short. Needed to use the bathtub as support to get up.

It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. There was also some sketchy looking stuff going on outside at night so there’s that, but when staying at bargain priced hotels you’re gonna have that.
