Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston WV

Checking in was smooth. The lady was very nice. The week it well. Checking out the morning girl acted like she didn't even want to talk to me. Did not feel comfortable just leaving my key card lay there on the desk until she could get around to it.

It was nice that the rooms were remodeled. It is a sketchy area. I didn’t feel completely safe. The breakfast was not stocked and very, very little to eat.

Do not come here so disgusting. Do not book here the beds were not clean dog hair on the beds the floor was so dirty !

The convenience was great and friendly staff. Bathroom toilet was shaky… water pressure avg.

Gross. Not worth the money and the management doesn't care about anything but money.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The Staff. Unable to pay without a credit card and I was complaining to my husband on what we were going to do and staff through our cash at us and told us to leave. Don't ever go to that place/location.

Nothing Room had smoke and Mariwana smell all over. Could not even sleep. Linen were not clean. No shops in the room

Property needs gate around it to keep people from approaching on all angles far as security is concerned.

Liked the ease of location, nice room, nice bed. The ease of check-in. Liked the breakfast. Connected to WiFi but no Internet. No place to put clothes out of luggage. Very small area to hang any clothes to not wrinkle. No decaf coffee. Restroom had very dim lighting.

We got there and had to wait a little after checking in time to get into the room and air wasn’t working. Staff checked and my husband git it to work. Flies and ants all over the inside of the room. Hot water was lukewarm warm. Bed was comfortable tv worked great after air conditioner got started it worked great

If you just need one night stay, it's fine. Comfortable beds. Clean. Close to gas station, Bob Evans, family dollar. Easy walking distance. Location is like ghetto, but had no issues.

Bathtub was dirty.

The room itself was disgusting. The bathroom was covered in mold, the sheets were stained, and there were live bugs on the bed and in the bathtub (I took pictures). Between the highway noise and the chatter of men hanging out right outside my door, I didn't sleep a wink out of fear someone would break in. As soon as it was bright out, I made a run for my car. There was another sketchy person wandering around the parking lot near my vehicle, so I jumped in, locked the doors, and bolted. I was only there for a few hours. I reached out to management directly, but they haven't bothered to respond. Avoid this place at all costs.
