Other than that, it was fine.

It was very nice to have a kitchen with a full refrigerator and full size stove/oven. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in suggestions to explore the area. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Although we had to leave 2 nights sooner than expected, we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a single bedroom suite and they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite for free. It was very spacious and had all the amenities including a kitchen and living room. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff are super friendly. Great experience overall!

Overall very good experience. But the complementary breakfast was only available until 8:30 am.

Very clean and very quiet. We have 2 babies and no loud noises at night to wake them. Elevator was broken

The room was excellent! We had a 2 bedroom suite that was like a mini apartment! Very comfortable for us and our 2 adult children. The staff was very very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great and hot items are offered. We would definitely stay there again!

The property itself was very outdated and not the most clean but it served its purpose for a family friendly, pet friendly stop on a road trip. The pool area needs work and the rooms were not clean at all, stains on carpeting and curtains but bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was really pleasant and a lot of offerings. The staff was so helpful and friendly, providing a basketball for my kids to play on the court and when I inquired about an ice maker to fill my cooler the kitchen breakfast staff gave me an entire garbage bag full of ice. Overall I would stay again.

My room was FILTHY. Trash was left from last stay as well. They wouldn’t refund me— i left after paying almost $200 to stay. Not clean.

Kitchen was dirty, carpet needed vacuumed, all furniture was stained. I do not recommend this property

Breakfast was good, Staff here is extremely friendly, location is very nice up on the hill. Coffee maker in room did not work. When i made my reservation i was up-front about bringing my one -car trailer and would it be of concern to park it. I was replied to that it was no problem and staff would direct me a spot to accommodate. At check-in it was a different deal, i was asked if i could park my truck & car trailer on an adjacently owned property that i could not locate or park up on the grass. I ended up parking on the grass but had to climb a healthy curb. Our room was also located under the Stairwell and the folks going up & down was pretty loud in our room.

Overall a nice stay. Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast was typical hotel not great but not bad. Totally object to the $5 parking fee especially since it’s remote. In protest we’ll most likely not stay at another Sonesta Hotel in the future.
