Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Uptown

We enjoyed our recent stay at your property during our teams participation at USA TAEKWONDO Nationals in Charlotte. Staff was professional and pleasant. The property was clean, the food was good and the kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and even the fitness area.

From check in to check out, the staff was great. The room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to the spectrum center!

Only issue was hardly any parking to check in

Staff was exceptional, location was great, private parking garage was very safe with plenty of space. The elevators felt a little old, but that was really no big deal. The signage for the lobby / check-in was a little confusing.

We stayed here whilst we were travelling East to Atlanta for the England game, my son is a Hornets and Panthers fan so it was ideal for us to visit the Spectrum Centre and Bank of America stadium, lovely Hotel very clean and the breakfast was ‘Awesome’

I am sorry, but we shouldn’t have to pay to park in a garage that the hotel owns. The garage is on the property. I would greatly appreciate a refund of this fiasco. It was a very stressful situation which ruined our night of the concert. Thank you, Belenda Peters

Great stay at the Fairfield Inn, Staff from front desk, to housekeeping, bar and lounge area, and breakfast staff was amazing and engaging, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and the general public who maybe planning a trip to Charlotte, NC.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with needs for our stay.

Bed was super hard. Parking is a additional $30 per day.

I would have preferred there to be more information and guidance on the website on how to park. Also, parking is $30. Otherwise, we had a good stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool looked nice (we didn’t have an opportunity to use it). Our only complaint was the traffic/emergency vehicle noise that went on all night and our blinds/shade wouldn’t close enough to block the light. It wasn’t broken, it’s designed that way. Also, the hotel bar closed at 1100. We walked in at 1058 and couldn’t get a drink. Not a dealbreaker but we were surprised. There are plenty of nearby places to get a drink. Ideal location for the concert we attended at the Spectrum Center.
