My room was clean temperature was ideal. Each day fresh water and coffee was provided. The conference was located at the hotel which was convenient. Only observation the caulking around the tub faucet fixture was gone so it was very loose had to handle with care.

The staff is amazing! They were friendly and efficient.

The property itself was beautiful and the initial room we had matched. however we didn’t have anything but scalding hot water in the bathroom and after about two hours of trying to get it fixed late at night, we had to move to another room.

It was an amazing birthday trip for my husband and I. We can not say enough about the Sheraton Suites on McDowell Ave in uptown Charlotte NC. The staff, Alliah, Jennifer and Lindsay were super helpful and accommodating. Our 14th floor lodging left Nothing to be desired. This was the best birthday stay I’ve had since moving to the Charlotte area. The room was spotless, the amenities were amazing. The food in the restaurant was divine. We actually chose to eat there two nights in a row. We didn’t even want to venture out. All of our needs were met in-house. We will be back in the next month or so, I felt like queen for a day. Friendly staff, good location and clean room but elevators didn’t work :( only downside
-
Breakfast is over price elevator was horrible waiting about 20 mins evertime
-
2 out of 4 elevators are not working which makes the process of getting to your room and to the lobby delayed and very inconvenient. However, the food is really good so it made up for the elevators being down.
-
it was a great experience!
-
At the time of the stay only two elevators were working which was a huge inconvenience..wait times were long
-
Great stay convenient location
-
There were only 2 working elevators which made for an extremely long wait since we were on the 14th floor. We had to take the stairs down anytime we were going out.
-
The room was 82 degrees the air conditioning was not working properly and they could not accommodate for a room change. The elevators were down only 1 working and hotel at capacity took an hour to get to your room. Nothing was done via manager to correct the issues. Terrible stay I will most likely not return to this hotel.

Check in was fast even though it was a busy night due to concert. Room was clean. No issues. Of note, it is walkable to Bank of America Stadium buy wear comfortable shoes.
-
Clean rooms including bathroom. Pool area very nice. Rooftop bar!!!!!! Breakfast was better than the USUAL hotel breakfast. Close to everything you need and event centers. Quick access to highway
-
Very helpful staff.

While the stay itself was great the accommodations of the stay were not. The room expectations were hight for the price we paid but unfortunately the room requires major updates as the door requires assistance and walls were buckled due to clear water damage the room appear to be out of if available this 90s show. Overall the staff was great and the room was clean. Will I return probably not. Will I refer maybe but overall. I would give it 3 stars

Great location for the Chris brown and Usher concert.

This place is old and dirty. It looks pretty good when you first walk in. Lobby furniture is old and stained. Our room had old candies on the carpet, our daughter’s room had a fake eyelash!! Later we discovered a reddish brown stain on one of our sheets. No mini fridges in the rooms, you had to ask for one. They did bring one promptly but it didn’t fit into the built-in area so it just sat in the corner on the floor. If she didn’t have a conference and we needed to have an adjoining room to take care of our grandson we would have left immediately. Two of four elevators were out of order, so they encouraged taking the stairs by offering free bottled water. But the cooler was empty two of the three days. When we asked a manager looking guy where the stairs were on the first day, he had no idea. The second day when there was no bottles of water we asked the front desk. She had no idea what I was talking about. Unreal! The espresso machine was broken so they could not offer specialty coffees. Staff made it seem like it’s been broken for a while. The pool was dirty, really filthy and the water was cloudy. After a rain it turned green the next day. With that rain there were pipes in the ceiling of the ping pong area that were leaking with buckets placed around. The food is mediocre at best. But the staff in the restaurants were nice and accommodating. I would be disappointed if this was $250 per night but it was $600 per night. Unbelievable! Truly disappointing and just gross.
