Not much They’re were people smoking pot in the garage. The elevator from the garage had no information on where to go or how to get to the lobby. I had to more 3 times to get a decent room

The decor The elevators were scary looking. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and definitely not worth it. There was a lack of options there and the quality of the food was terrible. The food was the same type and quality as any cheaper hotel that’s give you free breakfast. I would never come back and I would never recommend it. Not to mention to get back to our car it seemed like we had to go through a maze through the building just to get into the parking garage. The signage was not good enough. We literally had to ask a random stranger how to get to the garage.They charged me $30 just to park my vehicle. Parking should be covered by the hotel.

No heat in the room. Was 55 in the room. When I complained they said let the room heat up naturally

Location was great and it was beautiful. The blanket had hard a red stain on it. (Use your imagination) I asked for the sheets to be changed. They only sent 1 blanket.

The staff was friendly and very responsive. In room wifi was non-existent for several nights, making work difficult. TV was also goofy. The property is tired, which is acknowledged. The joint Sheraton and Meriden property is a bit weird ... there was some confusion at check in.
