Also they are working on the elevators. Not the best no circulation in the elevators, loud and squeaking l. I felt bad for the staff because they would have to wait or squeeze in with people to move around to each floor.

Great place, basicially nothing to complain about other than the price, which was definetly too high (I guess due to a concert that took place in Charlotte during our stay). Other than that the Charlotte downtown view was spectacular, room was spacious and there was no issues switching our room to a "downtown view oriented".

The staff were great! Absolutely amazing! The hotel was not what I was expected. I attended a conference and it was the host hotel, so I agreed to stay there…if I had known that it was connected to a Sheraton, I would have stayed there…1) the colors are quite dark, not appealing at all 2) the hotel needs a signature scent, it was not smelling fresh, 3) my room was older than I liked and it was definitely showing its age..bed frame, wall paper, and shower …4) elevators were being upgraded/updated at the time 😬…so they made a lot of noise 😂..so for 2 nights I was fine ..

Rooms were good, parking was not free. Amenities were small. Just a little outdated and not coz

Great location, the staff was A+ (very polite, attentive, eager), excellent breakfast (their fluffy eggs were to die for). Too much money for the value delivered. The air conditioner is very loud and vibrates; it would have been impossible to sleep had we had to keep it on all night. We were given a room on a high floor facing the highway, and the seals in the windows are worn so there were was a lot of noise from revving cars and the like. The mattress had minimal support; it felt really cheap. Synthetic sheets not big enough to be properly fit around the mattress, so they pop out in the middle of the night. This is not quality bedding from a hotel that charges what this hotel charges.

The location. The beds had no support. The carpet in the elevators were old, stain and had an odor. Paid for parking and structured seem unstable. Room was not as pictured. Guests were beyond noisy after 1 a.m. in the morning.

Not very clean, property looked like it has sustained a lot of wear and tear over the years. I once stayed in a Le Méridien hotel in NYC and it was great. Not so much with this one. Wouldn’t stay here again.
