The pool was closed all four days we were there. The elevator at the fourth floor sounded like a dinosaur was attacking us. They cleaned our trash the second day, but did not make our beds or bring any new towels or toilet paper. The staff at the counter were all very nice, and the staff running the breakfast area were extremely rude. Overall, I give them an average rating with some easy improvements that would improve that score.

This has to be one of the best Hilton hotels for families traveling with dogs. There’s a beautiful sidewalk surrounding the entire property, so my pups had plenty of room to stretch their legs (and sniff absolutely everything). The room was so clean that you would never know pets stay here. Whoever takes care of housekeeping deserves a gold medal. Breakfast was delicious, and a huge shout-out to Robert on the night shift for patiently helping me figure out my coffee situation before I was fully awake. 😂 You saved everyone from dealing with uncaffeinated me! Ladawna at the front desk during the day was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The customer service from both of them made our stay even better. We’ll definitely be back. Five stars from me—and if my dogs could type, they’d give it five paws! 🐾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Floor 3 had no AC. Only rooms had AC. Unsure if that was on purpose or if it was due to mechanical failure.

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and staff was very friendly!

Not that I would have used it for a one-night stay, but there was no cooktop in the room I had, so the microwave was the only cooking option. Plenty of options to eat for breakfast. Other than one chip on a laminate countertop, and a slightly wobbly shower handle, the room was in nice condition. Definitely is a place I'd stay at again.

The hallway of our room was very hot. Not well maintained .

Very spacious room. Nice to have real plates and glasses. Dishwasher very noisy though.

Staff was amazing other than one of the breakfast workers who was quite rude. Rooms were clean. We were missing a kitchen drawer. My biggest complaint was they only had one elevator working. Also day one they shut the pool down claiming it would be a quick fix. 5 days and no pool. My kid was so heart broken.

My daughter thought there was bird poop on the curtain… IT WAS NOT BIRD POOP… the room smelled like some type of urine mixed with cleaning solution… They changed our room.

The breakfast was very good, and overall, everything was quite clean. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor and the toilet seat was cracked. The kids were disappointed that the pool was closed because they were balancing the chemicals.

The front desk guy was really nice and helpful! The hotel was really torn up through. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance on the property. The door frames not falling off, the elevators working and In good repair.

It was convenient , bed was super comfortable I’m still waiting on my deposit refund… when I called she said oh it’s already been sent, or should have.. but then when I broke down the transaction that is already in my bank account she said oh well just give it another day or so… that was annoying.. anywhere else I’ve stayed it’s almost immediate after checkout.
