Very clean

They cancelled our reservation right after we booked. Said we lived too close (50 mile radius). We just sold our house and had nowhere to go. Just trying to get a room. When they called, they spoke in Spanish. Must be only for illegals.

Conveniently located right off 77

Very clean room! Friendly front desk clerk. It is a budget friendly hotel in close proximity to the big concert venues. However, I didn’t appreciate being woken up to loud knocking before 9 am from housekeeping when checkout is at 12. Anyhow, I would stay here again.

Doesn't let people know about trailers till after booking and even then wording makes it sound aimed at semi drivers not a pickup with a uhaul. Then taps and leaves marks on truck with papers to truck windows. Considering filing for insurance on damage to truck from staff and naming them liable

I didn’t like the limited stations on TV. Not enough free choices. Otherwise excellent stay.

It was a nice hotel the closet door was hard to open and the blow dryer is in there that was my only issue but the staff was very friendly and helpful clean wished the other entrances hadn’t been closed off also but not a big issue
-
The convenience of the location was helpful. I didn’t like that there were rugs in the room. The breakfast was very minimalist. I felt that the hotel needed updating and a good deep cleaning.

Elevator moved a little too slow.
