Air conditioning of room is hard to control for the right temperature. Also, I feel like there’s no air conditioning in the elevator. There’s a few more complaints for beddings and noise

I like its location - very close to the highway and ethnic restaurants such as Curry Gate II for Indian and Nepalese food. It's also very close to the Tyvola Lynx (light rail) station, where you can park your car for free and ride the train to downtown Charlotte for $2.20. Best of all, this place is very close to the Billy Graham Library, which is a must-see for Christians and non-Christians alike.

My 33rd anniversary, I will travel, but wife makes plans. This time I took the wheel, and she said I did well. Would have loved a hot offering, grits, oatmeal, scrambled eggs maybe, maybe not feasible but all else perfect.

Very welcoming staff, very fresh and clean property and extremely comfortable bed!! 12pm checkout is wonderful and they got us into our room at 2pm-hr early!! We’ll be back.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Conveniently located close enough to Bank of America stadium without the high prices. Breakfast is very limited just bagels and a small choice of yogurt coffee or orange juice. Would stay again
