Door that greets you and lobby Booking .com stated it was near Truliant amphitheatre and it was NO WHERE near it and a 30 minute drive

Great stay. Hotel was spotless. Room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast in the morning. Staff was great!! Highly recommend.

My family traveled from three different states for a party. We all gathered in the lobby so we could be together, and there was plenty of room. It was like a special place for us.

The property was easy to access right off of I77. Front desk staff were very polite. There was a lot to offer for adults and kids. There was a market with different snacks, wine, and even basic items you may have forgotten. Pool Table, board games, and an indoor swimming pool. We arrived around 4:30pm, check in time stated by hotel was 3pm. When we got to our room, it wasn’t ready. The house keeping staff had to come in and finish making the beds. We should have never been allowed up if the room wasn’t ready. I also was not locked into my booking.com rate of $110.97. I was charged $116.97 and I know it’s only $6dollars but this is the first time a hotel has not honored a rate from her and that’s very disappointing. I was also upset that upon check in there was a $25 damage deposit. I’m not upset there is one, I’m upset that information was not disclosed on here as well. I’m used to everything being fully disclosed and I know 100% what I’m paying at check in so there are no hidden fees even if they are refundable knowing what your putting down is important especially if you are planning a trip down to the dollar like I was.

The breakfast was good. The location was great to get to all the attractions we had planned. I wished there was a microwave in the room.

Staff and receptionist were great. Helpful and very respectful. Very clean, good pool and fitness rooms. Breakfast was awesome too!!!! Will stay again!!! Highly recommend No microwave in my room Lol. No biggie tho! Still going back again!

Extremely clean. The water pressure was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Really like the flooring - cleaner than carpeting. Staff was very friendly. Everything was great

The staff when I tried to get another room, basically looked at me and just said order it online. We don’t take orders at the desk, which was a lie because the manager came in and took an order for someone walking in when I wanted, clean towels they made me bring down my towels and then forgot to give me clean towels. They didn’t have any made. I am very disappointed in this property. I’ve never seen someone treat people so rudely.
