Friendly and informative. We did have to wait about 45 mins for our valet parked car the next morning - we started to pull out after finally getting our vehicle and one of The valet Parker’s whipped it in and whipped around us and pulled in front of us like a bat out of hell! We could have hit him! I did get out and speak with him about it. Breakfast was phenomenal!

The hotel itself is lovely and the room was nice and spacious. I got a notice in the afternoon saying my room was ready but when we arrived only one bed was made. I texted requesting the missing bedding but didn’t get a response, so we called the front desk but they only brought up some sheets. We repeatedly asked for the full bedding but nothing happened so my husband slept without a comforter for two whole days. Even when the room was serviced, no comforter was put in place. I received a check-in message to which I replied and told them about the bedding situation. Only then was the comforter brought to us. Then the person in the text apologized and promised extra points but we have not received any such points. All in all, it was not at all the level of service we have come to expect from the Hilton hotels.

The housekeping is so lazy, They don't want to work.

Staff is very helpful & nice. Room is clean with a comfy bed. The handicap accessible rooms are great!

Very nice and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again! The walls are kind of thin, but that didn’t bother us that much! Great breakfast options and the location has plenty of walkable restaurants nearby.

Do noisy outside I could not sleep

This was my first experience and I enjoyed it. The front desk , valet, the bartender were all nice and professional. I will be booking again.

Easy to walk the area. Free breakfast was okay. They only refresh rooms every other day so if you come in for the weekend don’t expect the room to get attended. Room was okay, just wish it had a small table and two chairs to sit at versus one chair and one tall chair for a tall desk area. Overall, okay but could be better. No parking, only $45 valet per day.

Breakfast was great with many options. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was very spacious. Loved the fact that there was a nice sized fridge, microwave etc. I REALLY appreciated how you needed a key to even enter the hotel lobby from the outside. Definitely made us feel safer. Bed was a bit hard and I had a hard time getting comfortable. The lights in our room were strange, you had to insert your room key in a slot by the door to get some of the the lights to come on in the kitchen area. Took us awhile to figure that out, as there were no instructions.

Very nice hotel. About a 25 minute walk to the stadium. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and clean rooms! Seems recently updated
