Homewood Suites By Hilton Charlotte Uptown First Ward

Great stay!

The property and room were clean. The room was spacious. The best part of our stay was the staff. From the front desk folks to the bartender were all kind and respectful. The valet staff were quick and helpful and the security folks were attentive and took care of business. They made our stay excellent !!! We will definitely remember to stay here again if we have to be in Charlotte.

Great location, clean across the board and will definitely stay here again

The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was definitely the best value I've had for a complimentary breakfast!

Within walking distance to most spots downtown-felt very safe, too

I liked the hospitality from the staff. I usually stay at hotels during my travels, and it was my first time experiencing such warm welcome where the employee meets and greets the guest at the drop off when the vehicle arrives. It was also raining and I got shelter from one of the employees to get in the Uber. All the employees seem pleasant! It's not that I didn't like, I'd more say that I was disappointed when I requested to get body wash and I was told none was there and I didn't actually receive enough in my room to begin with, so I thought I would get some on the way going back to my room when I got off the road. Luckily, they looked again and found one to give me. I can't believe I was asked if I could use shampoo or body lotion to shower .

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Exceptional

Everything was great. They did advertise breakfast would change every day, but that’s a lie. It was sausage every day, but it was still good breakf

The staff was professional, clean rooms , and buffet breakfast was delicious!!

Excellent place, spacious, clean rooms and the soft and warm bed 10/10

Loved the room, the bar was amazing the bartender made amazing drinks, the breakfast was delicious! The money you pay for parking

Loved it!!!

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, the front desk staff was wonderful. The valet and security guys were hilarious and made it feel safe to be out and about throughout the night. Breakfast was great, the bar was very nice. The hotel is within a 12-15 minute walking distance of everything. Highly recommend staying here!

Located within walking distance to restaurants and the light rail station. The rooms were a king suite with a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast had a variety of items to choose from, while fresh and hot. Nothing

Exceptional

this location again

This day was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was very kind. The free breakfast in the morning is a great touch. The only thing is there’s no parking. There’s only valet which is $45 a day so if you are unaware do not be shocked. It is listed in the details.

Superb
