What I didn’t like was all of the homeless people in the area. Felt that it was unsafe unless you were in a crowd.. especially with the recent assaults in the area.

I had a slight problem and there was a great manager there named Yancy, she fixed it for me. The desk staff was very helpful too.

The rooms were clean and neat. Room cleaning services were every other day or on demand. Staff were all helpful and pleasant.

Good luck trying to get a hold of them I needed to reschedule or cancel to change dates never answered me or expedia to figure out a solution.

Our room had an awesome view. The staff was somewhat helpful. Our rooms shower head had a broken handle. There was a bar soap in the shower that looked like maybe it had been used. There’s only one luggage cart. They don’t help with luggage at all. The small Powerades we bought was $5 a pop.

Hotel was very maintained and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would say negatively is that their bar/restaurant needs to have a better food menu. It was just picking food so if you’re in the mood to just stay in the hotel and not go out eat, you’ll definitely need to order takeout!!

Everything was amazing my only complaint is the mattresses are hard as a rock. My body hurt so bad after waking up.

I had a major issue when checking in because my reservation had been canceled. The manager was soooo kind and helpful. He was able to help us out and made sure we were taken care of. He checked in with us several times throughout our stay to make sure we were well. The hotel was very nice with huge rooms. It was quiet, good breakfast, nice bar. The valet parking was mandatory and kind of expensive and off site so it took a bit. But we left insulin in the car and the valet went to get it for us. Great place to stay. Very walkable to the spectrum center

Great hotel rooms, just that they only clean rooms every other day during your stay. Hotel is very good but just in area of the city that has many homeless when stepping foot off the property.

Great Location, helpful staff, rooms are awesome. Breakfast is the best i've seen for a hotel. Really convenient to anything in charlotte. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel is very clean and nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful to allow a one hour later check out(much appreciated!!) I did not get the opportunity to check out the restaurant/bar but it looked really nice! The breakfast is a good spread of options, this was actually the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at with breakfast tacos as an option, very cool! My best friend and I stayed here for a concert at the stadium and it’s only about a mile away, so we actually walked back instead of rideshare. The only issue I ran into was when I requested my car for valet through the online portal, it took 45 mins to retrieve it. That would not stop me from staying here again though, it’s such a beautiful hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for a concert and even though the hotel was fully booked our stay was flawless. From vallet through check-out everything went smoothly. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. The great breakfast options and everyone of the the staff we interacted with was kind and helpful.

This is a nice hotel. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Very little to complain about. Parking is expensive and somehow the valet is cheaper than parking in your own.
