The staff was very helpful the general manager was very nice and helpful checking me in everything was very clean the rooms were very nice like the photo showed the only thing that was wrong was the pool needed to be cleaned and the breakfast staff was amazing

Friendly staff and easy check in.

Stay at your own risk…….The property raises several security issues as there are people riding by on bikes scoping peoples belongings by the pool and seating areas. As well as being located where there are drug addict encampments all very close to the location ( at the corner across the street) My husband and sons were followed from the Circle K across the street by someone thinking they could catch a Vic. We are from NYC and don’t scare easily but I just want you to be mindful before you select this property. Additionally I inquired about shortening my stay after the first night and was met with constant resistance, lack of professionalism. I reached out to Expedia less than 24 hours after being there they were unable to contact hotel and the hotel denied to alter my booking even though the woman at the desk mentioned it would modified when they spoke to Expedia that day and could officially check me out. Expedia contacted the hotel at 3:03pm after not being able to reach them the day prior so I was denied the modification and was met with absolute unprofessional rude condescending communication from the manager who would not accept the screenshots with Expedia as evidence to modify my reservation and credit me the day.

Very clean and exactly like the pictures. I love the fridge and microwave most hotels today do not have that. Housekeeping cleaned everyday and if for some reason we didn’t need them to clean but just needed extra towels they gave it with no hesitation. Staff was extremely nice. The only thing I didn’t like and was not aware of before hand was the $10 nightly parking. Keep in mind it’s self parking so that was a bummer.

The whole experience was wonderful

The front desk was AWESOME. The only issue I had was housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights. We asked for our room to be cleaned. It was as cleaned one time. The only thing that was done was new towels and beds made. The bedding was not changed. Make up was still on the pillow case. We were not pleased.

Everything was excellent.

Suites were nicely appointed and spacious. I especially liked the suite layout with two entry points into the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very nice and well maintained. Front desk personnel were helpful with any needs we presented. I would stay here again.

I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and the staff were so helpful with not only finding me a room, but making sure that it was exactly what I expected. For my entire stay, everyone was helpful and kind. Moving forward, especially if I need to come back to North Carolina, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

After a canceled flight it was refreshing to see the nice suites and the beautiful facilities. Lisa was great shuttle driver and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is so worn that it was hard to tell if it was clean. The AC sounded like a jet taking off. Had to turn it off in order to sleep. The Marriott chain really needs to invest in rehabbing this place!

Upon booking, i was a little skeptical because the reviews weren’t the best. They couldn’t be farther than the truth. All of the staff from Lisa the shuttle driver to house keeping to Michelle at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The amenities were perfect and its perfect location from the areas we needed to go. 10/10 will be back

For our family trip with two adult children, the room was fantastic option for us. The staff was very friendly anytime we interacted with them. The location was good as a base for our day trips around Charlotte. We were a bit disappointed in the pool as it appeared dirty. Also, in the fitness room, there were no towels or wipes available for during/after workouts. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were OK but got a little boring being there 7 nights.

Miss Karen was very helpful and sweet checking us in and out. Facility was very nice and within a good distance from our venue. Suite was spacious and clean with a swanky bathroom and high quality TVs, with an abundance of channels. Easy to control temp and comfy beds with clean linen. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Would definitely go back!

Great place to stay with family. Rooms were clean, area was good, beds were comfy. Rooms are spacious. Would stay here again.

Very clean very affordable

Great layout for 2 bedrooms close to the airport. Helped remove the stress on a delayed flight.

For starters at check in they charged my card $121 then told me they never charged my card and needed to charge me $30 for parking. Showed the lady my bank statement and she insisted she never charged me but I should get the money back. Still haven’t. My husband paid parking on his card then at 3 am they tried to charge his card $70 and had no explanation thankfully his card was locked so it was declined. There was a leak in our room above our bed and the AC leaked a puddle near the couch. The housekeeper asked about a time to clean our room told her when we were going to be gone when we came back 4 hours later it hadn’t been done. Also several folks had their cars broken into over night on the property they paid to stay at as well as paid parking fees with no cameras on the property. The only reason I give them more than one star is Shawna at the front desk. She was very polite and personally cleaned our room when she found out housekeeping didn’t and left us a note. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I dislike.
