TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte LoSo Airport

From the time of pre-arrival and throughout our entire stay, the staff were nothing but kind and accommodating!! We came in with 11 families taking up 11 rooms on every floor except the 2nd floor Lol. We used the grill, the common room, and tried to be mindful and inclusive of other guests and staff as much as possible. Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!! We had some families with little ones that couldn't travel with both parents so others had to help, but staff placed other families nearby to accommodate. We GREATLY appreciate it!! Our travels very successful and your help made it so much less stressful Thank you so very much!! If anything was needed, it was provided - grilling tools, basketball, rice cooker, hand soap, paper towels, dish washing soap, breakfast potatoes, whipped cream, cheering during FIFA, they did it all!! This place was like home! Highly recommend!! (I don't care if this place wears down; just DON'T EVER change the staff!! THEY made it happen!)

The staff was great, the amenities that were available was fine I guess they upgraded could have done a better job with the upgrades the air conditioning in the second room didn’t work well and the dishwasher dishwasher was old and the microwave was not a conventional oven like it stated but overall I enjoyed my stay .

Everything you need. Studio rooms, outdoor grill, cooking utensils and a pool . Breakfast is feet and lounge area is nice . Staff are super friendly and accommodating

Karen was so helpful and sweet. She,along with her staff made sure that we jad everything we needed. The breakfast just kept coming. Everything was hot and fresh. The room was clean. The person(s) who stayed prior to us took the shower curtain and the curtain rings (who does that??!!) Staff drove to a store and bought a new shower curtain and rings for us and had them installed while we were at the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, comfy beds.

Check the waffle makers or waffle base. It was not cook properly.

Grate hotel

Spacious suite w/ firm comfortable couch in the seating area & comfortable bed. Two thermostats to keep things cool. Enjoyed the coffee in the room & the breakfast area was kept stocked with a variety of breakfast items.

Shawna, Karen and staff where outstanding. Room was extremely clean and comfortable on arrival. Room was also quite inside / no outside noises

Staff was great

The lady working at breakfast named Jeanette (spelling?) was really sweet and helpful. The morning we left was her first day and she did great! She is a great addition to the staff and I wish her the best!! This was our second stay here in 5 weeks and we will definitely be back!

No me indicaron el horario del desayuno por lo que no pude desayunar, además la habitacion no estaba limpia, habia pedazos de medicamentos en la alfombra y cabellos en el sofá, como recomendación sería bueno tener en el recepción a personal bilingue, gracias
