SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor

Location was perfect for the Ironman. Couldn’t beat it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and as described. WiFi was terrible and unreliable. Breakfast was ok. Would stay here again for location alone, but not plan to do any work or use the wifi.

Everything about this place was amazing and will be back again.

The area I booked through booking. Com they would not accept it had to pay the hotel again and did not get the room we asked for I should not have to pay for a room twice it’s not a way to run a business I’ve used booking. Com at other hotels never had a problem even showed them our reservation confirmation and still said we didn’t have it so it cost me $600 for a 1 night stay won’t happen again supposed to have a room with balcony with a king bed they gave it to someone else while I was standing there that’s not except able very disappointed

Location next to rivee Paying for parking expensive bottled water. Mold smell. Elevator got stuck power went out. One car and rented to rooms charged me parking for each room on top off 300 plus a night. If your looking for a unique experience check out the Read house

Clean room, have everything I need, able to contact front desk if need be, great complimentary breakfast, nice vale service, no issue of noise complaint

A good value for a last minute trip. Check in was easy, property was in good condition. Restroom barn door was not sliding on both sliders but did not impact our families stay.

Perfect place to stay. Laundry detergent is free. Love the staff.

We had a great time and the staff were all very helpful.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast bar was well stocked and clean. But the checkin was significantly delayed due to the wifi being down. In addition the television did not work at all. It is a nice location and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was the exact same from Wednesday to Sunday. Food was adequate. On Sunday, they had no juice whatever. For families with children, this was a real issue. I'm not sure how you run out of something like this. There was a small discarded piece of paper in the corner of an elevator. It remained there the four nights we were there. Both elevators needed some deep cleaning. Would not stay here again.
