The air barely worked in the hotel room. Never got below 73°, even had maintenance out and they "fixed" it....it changed nothing. The pool had lots of bugs and debris floating. Hotel room table had peeling finish someone had just tried to tape down. Not worth the money charged.

The room was one of the newer rooms, but the housekeeper that cleaned our room prior to our arrival needs training. There was a old dirty shirt that was left in the room, there were no cups for coffee or any plastic drinking cups, no soap for washing hands, no shower soap only two bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Above the tv had so much dust accumulated that it was just thick!

We had the best time and plan to return in the very near future.

I was impressed by this hotel and casino. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had many things to do from the casino, outdoor swimming pool, and food selection on site. This hotel provided us a great way to enjoy the outdoor of the Smoky Mountains during the day and then fun in the casino at night. This will be a hotel that we will remember for future get aways.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't find my vehicle in the parking garage and the valet staff drove me around help me find my vehicle. Really appreciated it.

Great great great greatest ever

Room was dusty, there was a smell in the room, the refrigerator was noisy. The bed was comfortable and sheets looked clean. Staff was knowledgeable. Starbucks employees tipped themselves and breakfast was available for purchase

Rooms outdated, better house cleaning needed.

While the room looked clean and new, the amenities were awful! Despite the near 40 per night resort fee, they don't even provide you with complimentary water. The room amenities were nearly non-existent. Topping that, the mattress was THE WORST I've experienced in decades! It was beyond soft...it was caved in, and SQUEAKED every time you moved! We felt as if we were in a 1-star hotel! Also, the overhead fan (A/C) system sounded like a mini helicopter over our bed! The bathroom amenities were quite dire too. Way overpriced hotel-room for what you get! Better off going to a hotel across the street.

Disgusting room with water leak at ac unit and mold smell.

The hotel has had many additions so there are actually four different buildings you could be staying in. This creates a need to make sure you park in the correct garage or you could end up with a quarter to almost a half mile walk from the garage to your room. Also all the additions has created a jumble of restaurants and paths to get from one end to the other. Staying here is not recommended for someone who has mobility issues.

Food was good Staff never spoke to guest passing by. Room was dingy looking. It was super cold in the halls. Poor lighting in the bathroom

The room’s sheets/bedding was used and unchanged when we checked in. We tried calling for service in the room to change the bedding, but could not get through to a live person. We also requested clean bedding through the text service, and someone arrived pretty quickly to change the bedding. They did extra cleaning we didn’t request also like re mop floors. Very courteous. The tiled floor was exceptionally clean, but there was visible pink mold in the shower that needed to be attended to. The overall facility was kept clean and maintained pretty well. I appreciated the two Starbucks available as well as a couple eateries. We tried the food court, Selu cafe, and Guy Fieri’s. All REALLY good food! Selu is in need of new furniture though. The food courts ice cream and waffle cones were very fresh. Everything we had there was good quality and tasty. There are not many healthy options in the food court unless you go with the previously prepared foods like cold sandwiches, but the market sandwich was absolutely delicious on great whole grain bread! Loved it! The casino area was kept quite clean and appeared to be well attended to. We did not check out the pool area, but saw others coming and going from it. I’d definitely like to go again.
