Someone was always at front desk and greated us each and every time we walked by. The breakfast was very very good. The staff kept everything fresh and filled and was extremely friendly and welcoming

Perfect location while we visited Western Carolina university. Also, casino across the street was a plus . Hotel staff was great! Easiest check in and check out ive ever experienced

The manager and staff were accommodating. The first room we were placed in had hairs in the tub. Everything else looked clean but the mattress wasn't comfortable. There was noise from the parking lot where motorcycles parked under the canopy and also from adjoining rooms. The manager did move us to a better room. There was a few hairs on the shower walls but not as many as in the first tub but everything else was clean. The bed was much more comfortable. The blow dryer wouldn't get very hot so they gave me a 2nd one but it only worked on low and then they gave me a 3rd one and it worked fine. The staff did try to make it better but I didn't enjoy my stay after I only got a small amount of sleep. I think the manager was trying to accommodate the cyclists because of impending rain but the noise was bad when they started up the next morning. Not good for the rest of us trying to sleep.

Just need to focus on the cleaning personal. Meaning the room we rec. we check in between 6-7, rooms was ready, but missing items in the room. Soap for washing hands, no extra tissue. Nothing major. Just a little more paying attention to detail. Staff not eating in front of guess or the check in table. Staff not informing you what’s offered. Pool hours, breakfast times. Check us in and no other information giving. Staff needs more training. How to talk to guess.

Very convenient location to the casino and other activities in Cherokee. Comfy beds and nice pillows. Breakfast was very good! Rooms need updating.

Expedia let me book a King bed room and when ee arrived the only option was a standard room with 2 full beds. Very disappointing.

Everything was great comfy bed, great breakfast, friendly staff, location to casino was awesome, value great, STAFF was extremely nice and helpful. Should retain all of them! I highly recommend!
