The property was clean and in a good central location.

The staff were incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and polite. When we returned in the evening there were no parking spaces left in the lot, they quickly gave us a key to the parking garage. It was a very busy weekend and never had to wait long for their assistance.

Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Check- in and customer service was very nice and Satisfactory at the front desk with Ms. Carla. The bartender was very nice and she gave great guest service as well. Myself and my family really enjoyed the hospitality during our stay. We will be visiting again thanks for the Excellent guest service.

Relatively new and very nice and clean hotel in a nice area. Room was very comfortable. The area is popular with traveling youth sports teams so several of them were in the hotel, but thankfully they were well behaved. Would stay here again.

Large, well-equipped rooms for the price.

I left a clothing item in the closet. When I called them they were very helpful looking in lost and found and sending the house cleaning manager up to the room to check. They were nice enough to find the item and keep it for someone to pick up.

The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding! THE ONLY complaints is we don’t care for the barn door style glass bathroom door because when somebody has to use the bathroom in the night turning on the light, lights up the whole room. The other thing is there needs to be away to direct the AC because it blew straight across the bed.

Location was excellent for our activities. The hotel was in excellent condition, clean, friendly. No complaints

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Building and room were super nice. Delicious breakfast buffet. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable Construction noise and not enough handicap parking

It was as was expected, pretty good all things considered. The eggs, however, were terrible. The sheets on the bed do not fit the mattress. I fought with it all night -- couldn't keep it on the mattress corner. Also, 9am end time during the week is way too early -- 9:30am would be acceptable.

Location was close to my niece whom we were visiting. Property looked clean and bright from outside. Staff was helpful and friendly and went outbid rheircway to accommodate us.

Very clean and nice decor and lobby furniture arranged nicely The couch/daybed/trundle bed was very hard and so uncomfortable to sit on. I was hoping to relax on a nice couch instead of sitting on a bed. That was why we picked your hotel. Was disappointed. Our beds were too soft, but understand everyone has different tastes in bed firmness. Other than that couch, the room was very nice.

Awesome place staying again in the future
