Very clean & nice. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! will stay again!

This hotel is close to a lot of things. It’s a boutique hotel so if you are a big person you will not fit in the shower. I could barely turn around in the shower. Also, the a/c leaked into the walls and had to be moved rooms then get to the next room and the restroom door was tapped to no close all the way. The diner next door Meli cafe was the bomb. Get chicken and waffles and chicken tacos.

Rooms were nice and clean, location was great, and there was an awesome lobby where we were able to play games.

The hotel was in a great location. Overall the room was clean, but was damp. The staff were welcoming.

The location to the museum campus (walking distance) and L station (a couple blocks) made this location a great base. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm a Chicago native; however, I currently reside in Colorado. The wife and I took this trip to visit family and enjoy Chicago. I had never stayed at the Bluegreen before, so I didn't know what to expect. Love the location. It's away from the busy Michigan ave but close enough to get there with-in a few min. Very nice hotel with all you need for a quick stay. The only thing I would like to see changed before my next trip would be better lighting in the bathroom and change the rain-drop shower head. Not everyone shampoos their hair in the morning, and I'd like to have enough light when combing my hair in the morning.

The room was available right away, the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the amenities were very good.

The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind and were interested in making sure our visit to the city was a good one. Several made suggestions about places to visit and when asked specific questions about locations and how to get there, they were very informative. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the board games were fun for me and my daughter. It was like she was 8 again when we played Clue and Mystery Date. I honestly can not think of anything I didn't like. Folks were very helpful and we were very happy with our stay.

The property is walking distance to downtown Chicago and nearby a lot of the main trains. It was amazing and made everything easier.

We would definitely stay there again. Cons: Our room was close to the elevator which seemed to be the morning gathering place for housekeeping. They were too loud for early morning. The air-conditioning was too cold. We tried to change it but just ended turning it off. It would be nice if it was located closer to other restaurants/bars for evening meals.

Great location for us being close to our daughter's college. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. We already booked this hotel again for our next trip.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit.

This hotel is perfect. It is really simple to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to any of the CTA lines. There is a CVS five minutes from the hotel so if you need anything for your room like coffee or creamer or some simple food items you’re covered.. the bed was comfortable bathroom had a great shower good water, pressure soap conditioner. Everything you need. It’s just perfect for a stay. It’s not the most expensive hotel. It’s not the cheapest hotel. It’s just right perfect in the middle and it’s great value. And the Meli café had excellent food stay here, save some money and spend it exploring the city.
