I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I was checked in by Mario who was so lovely with the bar had better hours but other than that I loved the hotel and the location. I will be back

Mario at the front desk is a treasure!!! His customer service accumen is top tier. He made the stay better just by caring about the customer and connecting. I can't say enough good things about him.

Showtime and Al helped me upon arrival. Excellent customer service and best hotel experience I’ve had in awhile. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Not to mention the location is fantastic!

We arrived earlier at 10.30 but the front desk was so polite and allowed us early checkin. The staff is ready to help with everything. Give useful suggestions to visit the city places. Neat and clean rooms with required amenities. Best stay at Chicago and most importantly convenient from all the spots. Easy access to uber even buses.

The room was a good size, and the shower had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and had a reasonable number of pillows that were not marshmallows. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good number and types of outlets with USB-C, USB, and regular plugs in the room. The traffic noise is terrible in this city. I don't want to knock on this hotel because I know it is a thing in downtown Chicago, but damn, someone needs to either ban cars in downtown or start a completely soundproof window installation business because I was wearing noise-cancelling earbuds and it was still a struggle to sleep.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the blue and red lines. The hotel staff was friendly. We did not spend a lot of time in the room but we thought the room was a little small and the bathroom was problematic. Counter space was a little limited. The backlit bathroom mirror kept dimming. The pressure assisted toilet was not clearing the bowl. The bed was comfortable.

The room was large and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff! Good location, steps away from Chicago’s main attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Mario at the reception desk was very helpful in outlining favorites of his to visit. We went to all the places he suggested and did not regret, Cindy's rooftop, Eleven Diner for the best Rueben, to name a few. He was super friendly and very helpful. The doorman was always greeting us with a smile and giving us the feeling we were entering a safe place. We needed to ask housekeeping for soap bars to wash our hands, not sure why that was not in the room with a soap dish in the bathroom and our shower gel ran out as well. But, they responded with a friendly attentive manner. Loved the scavenger hunt given to us by concierge. It got us around to places we didn't think to go. Very clever and inspiring. Thanks for that added fun activity. Saw the fountain that I had no clue was there.

Hotel Blake is a renovated historic building but it is very well preserved and up to date in its amenities. Showers are modern and roomy. The beds are large and comfortable and the room fishing’s are simple but classy. The Dearborn St neighborhood has several good restaurants as well as a drug store and a 7-11. There is also good parking available in nearby lots (as well as hotel valet parking). The adjacent breakfast/lunch restaurant is also good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Clean, quiet, super comfortable bed.... and on a gorgeous, historic block ("Printer's Row").

Nice rooms, central for all the main sights but far enough form centre for a bit of peace Breakfast is via cafe attached to the hotel but no concession for hotel guests which was a bit unreasonable. A 10% discount or similar approach would seem a good idea

There is no continental breakfast but the adjoined cafe next door is delicious (if a little pricey!). There is also no smart TV, or at least there wasn’t in our room, so you would need to bring your own Roku/fire stick/hdmi cable if you want to stream anything. We would absolutely stay here again!
