The location was fantastic and the staff was friendly. Carpet was a little dirty, but the rest of the room was fairly clean.

The location was great The rooms were just about as no frills as it gets. A bed and a bathroom with carpet that appears to have been salvaged from the dumpster at a casino renovation. Also, there was no refrigerator and the bathroom was very small.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was amazingly across the street! There were many places to eat and shop within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel over Pokémon GO weekend. The hotel and everywhere around it were packed with 1000s of people, but you would not have known it. The staff were wonderful and the property looked great. There's an L stop right by the hotel. I'd highly recommend it.

The bed was comfortable. The smell of the hotel and the hotel room was absolutely horrible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely small and I felt a bit clostrophobic. The carpet was really old and felt dirty. I've never stayed in a room before where you didn't have some sort of mini fridge and the ice machines were at the top floors of the building. I know this hotel is in an older building but for the price I expected more.

We stayed for 15 minutes. Walked in at 1am and felt extremely unsafe so left immediately.

Parking was interesting and expensive, but hey, it’s Chicago. I appreciated the staff’s knowledge on other parking methods. Overall our 1 night stay was great! Room was neat and very clean.

The room was very clean for a less fancy city hotel. Staff was also super friendly. We arrived early and they were kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored.
