The bell hop was great , I really didn’t have any contact with staff members. The amenities was limited, for such a large hotel you would think they would offer more.

Comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. Especially Zaur at the front desk.

It was a bit dirty - showers and sinks. The pack and play was broken but we made due. It was a decent stay overall

At about $450/night (for 4-nights), I expect much better. This property needs a full remodel. It was beyond tired and the amenities are seriously lacking and really make one feel nickel and dimed. The hotel offers a pool and two hot tubs, which are great, but require a reservation for each use! The gym requires an extra fee to use! The parking is $72/night self-parking, which is standard for Chicago, but they don't offer valet at the self-parking rate for handicapped placard as most other properties would offer! The toilet paper in our room was the cheap, paper-thin toilet paper! And upon check-in one roll had been more than halfway used but folded into a point. The bath towels were thin, semi-scratchy and so short they'd barely pass as bath towels. The pool towels may have been a tad softer. The mattress had a topper to add comfort, but it was poorly fitted and could feel the mattress edging. The room and hallways are dimly lit which give off a feeling of grime. We had two rooms on our reservation, and both came with an extra refrigerator, which may be convenient for some guests who might request a second one, but looks unrefined as a standard feature given that the one is housed nicely in the cabinet and the second is sitting on the floor in the open. If the one in the cabinet had been a stocked mini bar type, I would have understood and probably appreciated the second one but two completely empty refrigerators was needless. The buffet was dismal. The staff was nice.

Beautiful and nicely updated historic hotel. It was once the largest hotel in the US (1920s). Nice walkable location close to Grant Park and Museum Campus.

The property was extremely beautiful clean and elegant

Clean room and everything was very near

The property needs personality. Hallways are almost bare of pictures. The Palmer house has great personality with nostalgic hallway pictures.

It is a very nice hotel about 25mins walk from Millenium park

Check in was easy and close proximity to Soldier Field made the Ed Sheeran concert perfect!

We came up for the weekend for my children’s birthdays and had a blast. The pool is great and it’s in walking distance of so much down town. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The worker in the cafe made the kids birthdays very special.

Great staff; great location but the property is a little old. On the 2nd day of our stay the whole key card system went down and we couldn’t get back in our room. Security had to come and escort us and let us in. Not sure of the cleaning policy but our room was not clean during the whole stay. They didn’t make the bed or take trash out. The breakfast was very good tho and we were in walking distance to everything. Which was a good thing because the restaurant in the hotel was mostly quick bites nothing of real substance. Overall 4/5 the reason I would book this hotel again would be for the location.

We were given the smallest room possible, which didn’t feel fair for the amount we paid for. We could’ve gotten a room with 2 queen beds for the same price, with twice the space. Never staying at Hilton again

The hotel is in a great location in Chicago. It is a massive big hotel. A bit outdated but room was clean and bed was very comfortable. For some reason it was not cleaned or serviced every day. Overall, had a good stay.
