Best Western Grant Park Hotel

The staff was great. Helpful when checking in and gave me a couple of ideas for dinner in the area. The room wasn’t the best. It had stains in the carpet and air conditioning didn’t work.

Excellent stay at a reasonably priced hotel. Will stay again!

The location The staff members & security was a problem.

The staff was nice The hotel was horrible looking. It was filthy. We had no running hot water. They need to clean that hotel. I would never recommend this hotel ever nor stay there!! I am disappointed in booking for having it priced so high for as horrible as it was. I would think twice before even using the booking.com. Website ever again!!

Clean but old and falling apart.

Location is great, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and several parking options. The bathroom shown in the picture is not the same one we got, it was a lot smaller and dated. There was no control for hot water in the shower, either hot or cold water. Room also needs to be updated, furniture was very banged up.

Was a great staff and very helpful in finding things to do around the area!

Passable

The staff were great Everything else. Bathroom toilet didn't work very well. No water pressure. The door into the room made a very load noise to open and close. No microwave. Base of bed was very crappie. Alot of noise from the street like they were in the room with us. I have never stayed in a hotel like that, and will never again.

Clean but older great location

The picture on the website didn’t look like The room I stay in.

Location and staff were great The entire building was pretty gross. From the lobby, elevators, halls, and rooms. Moldy stains on the ceiling, outlets that fall out of the walls, claw marks on the bathroom door.. I could go on. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The location of the hotel was very nice, close to Millennium Park, so if you want to see the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium and the Adler Planetarium, it's a great place to stay. However, I asked for a room with a queen size bed and it looked more like a full. Also, there was some confusion with housekeeping, where one day, the room got no service for no real explanation.

Very good

Exceptional

Exceptional

The gym was non existent.

Superb

Location was really good, walking distance to almost everywhere I wanted to visit. Nothing to say I didn’t like it.

It was a great location. The bathroom wasn’t clean properly, but everything else overall was OK. Great location
