Location Room was small and could hardly move around bed.. like 5 inch walk way, no fan in bathroom and every time we blew dry hair smoke alarm would go off, house keeping only left 2 towels and zero wash clothes for 3 people. No microwave in the room had to go to lobby to warm anything up
-
Good location, near to grant park, near bus stop, 20mins take bus to cbd Room is small to accommodate for 4 pax. Not loading and unloading bay for passengers pick up and drop off

Location is perfect and the cafe next door with 10% discount was wonderful. The room was big and the bathroom was really great. The beds, matresses are excellent. I love the irond board and the shower pressure really nice. The smell of the room because of dump was worrible. The receptionist was rude when I complained, told me they would look at it, but they never did. Very unhelpfull, The coffee machine was there, but the coffee is the worst I ever tasted. The fitness room is a joke, Very very small.

Cons Small very small beds that are old. AC doesn't work well. Rooms are very tiny and bathroom was dingy. Very outdated. Pillows were very small and no extra linens.

The parking is only valet parking. However there is nowhere to park to get valet making it very difficult to use. The rooms are very very dated and in poor condition. Peeling paint stained furniture etc. It is also incredibly loud in the room. The street noise was enough to keep us up the entire time we were there. That being said they are a nice walking distance from the museum district and a reasonable uber ride to the miracle mile. There are also plenty of restaurants that you can walk to. The room said it could hold 6 people, however the couch did not pull out so our family if 5 was very very squished.

No breakfast or swimming pool. Limited street parking. Hotel garage parking next door if you want to pay 55 a night. Located right off Michigan Ave. Affordable and convenient for visiting Lake Michigan sights. 3 blocks the other way are all sorts of good restaurants and night.
-
It was fine but nothing special. Out of the way location but close enough to walk to many things. Coffee and water available but not tea. Towels could have been better. Staff was helpful.
-
Location is great. The bakery/coffee shop on the street level is AMAZING. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night, maybe 2 at most.

The rooms were very clean.

The major advantage - location! Walkable distance to many major Chicago must-sees. Public transportation is close and safe to use during day time. If you're late or arrive at night please use uber/lift/cab. Do not recommend for families with small kids - trains are close and loud, but for business travelers - yes! They have an iron in the room, you'll be ready for your day with no problem. Rooms need some upgrade and renovation, and I didn't feel safe while returning late, even aroud 10:30 pm. But safety issue is NOT a hotel's fault of course, it's the area "vibe". Also hotel offers 10% discount at close cafeterias / bakeries, but the personnel of these eateries will forget to add your discount even seeing a coupon in your hand.

Bueno que a pesar de ser antiguo estaba bastante limpio pero cambiaría la TV es muy antigua y el estacionamiento incluirlo en el precio veo bobo cobrarlo aparte si al final tienes que pagarlo

Its proximity to all of the sites we visited. No streaming on the TV. However we were able to use our HDMI cable and connect to our laptop and stream from there.
