Best Western Grant Park Hotel

Bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks.

Great location. Nice staff. Clean. FYI that beautiful photo of the lobby doesn't exist in person. Disappointing. Also the fitness center does not look anything like photo. I thought we were in the wrong hotel at first. However room photos seemed accurate The bakery attached was amazing.

Housekeeping was useless and desk workers are rude

Great location to stay for Solider field. Easy walk through the park. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & clean. The only thing that would make the stay better would be a mini fridge & possibly a microwave in the rooms.

The property is heavily used. One room had broken tv, ac didn't stay constant, beds uncomfortable, and hair found in bathroom.

Good location if you want to be close enough to walk to soldier field uncomfortable semi-clean room and a rude staff that seemed bothered by our presence

It was just ok. The bed was rather uncomfortable, and every time we took a shower the smoke detector went off. Apparently that happened in the rooms around us too, because we heard smoke detectors going off in various rooms.

Location, staff The PILLOWS--- they were sheets. I had to insert my packing cube in between the pillows. The bathtub drain was slightly clogged too.

I loved the location. It was in walking distance to all the attractions I wanted, food, Grant Park, and public transportation. The staff was also AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was shabby and there were roaches. There were many broken things in the hotel and the gym had broken equipment. An hour before I was checking out I saw two roaches. There was mold on the ceiling. The pillows all were those horrible flat down pillows the beds were hard and wore out.

Location to Soldier Field - the reason for our stay. Lots of food options around. Staff were really nice. Had a nice view of the water and Willis Tower from the room. Several repairs needed in the room. Shower was clogged, curtain rod broken, stained chair. Noise from traffic was horrible. No breakfast provided but there is a bakery attached however it was 90% of the time not stocked or had a mile long line.

Staffs were nice and hotel is walking distance to all the popular sites.

Great location to the Roosevelt line, grocery store, gas station and a target and walgreens a little bit away. Stayed to watch BTS at Soldier Field and it was a great quick walk. Below is a Paris Baguette and that was a life saver and the discount was great too.
