Hotel BnB

The accommodation has very small private rooms (there's not much room for more than a bed) that are reasonably quiet. There are shared shower/bathroom facilities. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb.

The place was very well kept and the location was excellent had a very nice time The accommodations were inviting.

Check out for previous resident was 11am, my check in was 2pm. I arrived at 6pm, walked into my door opened, with dirty sheets and trash in the unit. Spoke to in person staff, after 30 minutes, were able to provide me a new room. New room had dirty ceiling fan, had dirty walls; even with fans on, room was overwhelmingly warm. Used shared bathroom, door lock got jammed and got locked in. Reached out in regard to experience, staff never followed back up.

The location was good No bathroom hot messy room not ready on arrival.

Price and location Worn down. Not clean. No lights. Good grief, why does everything have to be in the dark. Turn on some electrical lights!

Value for money. Bako was very helpful in assisting me in my baggage and in checking in and checking out processes. Common washroom. And it has 3 codes that occupant must remember - 1st door, 2nd door and room code.

Bathrooms had mould around the showers and the floors

Very cozy room, comfortable beds, and amazing location Shared bathrooms were filthy, the rooms were not clean, the place is noisy, and the staff was never around so I couldn't ask for a fresh towel. The room never got cleaned during my stay of over a week; fresh bedsheets would have been appreciated. The rooms contain a mirror with some options, which is cool, except that the buttons have blue lights that are impossible to switch off, so there are always pretty bright lights shining in the room. This hotel has some neat ideas, but poor maintenance and care makes it so I would not recommend staying here.

There was no explaination of how to park in the parking lot on the website, not that it would cost an extra $30. It was very confusing and very stressful. Ozzie was very nice and explained everything very well, but it was unneeded stress for me!

Room Bathroom

It’s just a very small room with a shared bathroom- actually, two bathrooms are available.

Clean confortable room. Could fit a 28 inch luggage laying down beside the bed. Good location. The switch indicating that I wanted my room cleaned or do not disturb didn't work. There were only 2 restrooms/showers so sometimes had to wait quite long. Cleanliness, as like all shared restrooms, depends on other guests.

I like the capsule room. The whole place smelled of urine except for my room. The bathrooms were filthy. The floors were dirty, they smelled, and there were live bugs and cobwebs in the corners

Comfortable bed and nice lighting. Didn’t like that the door was opening with a code and there was no way to lock from the inside because I was traveling alone and I didn’t know if somebody knew my password.

You all need to know more details about a facility before you put it on booking. The man refunded me my money however this place was not acceptable. You had to share a bathroom and shower room . You had to share a bathroom and shower room not a safe place for a single female . This was not shown on you all website.

It was simple. Just a bed and TV Only 2 restrooms both with showers they should have a Stand alone toilet. So when two people are each bath room you have a place to go.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, especially of the shared bathroom.

Pretty easy to get to and budget-friendly. Good restaurant across the street. I don't need much space, but this is basically just a bed and no more. Also, hooks for clothes are hard to reach--too high on wall.

Bed - comfy and clean overall. Room - thin walls, lack of privacy through the small window in each room (had to cover with towel for privacy. Bathroom - gross!, mold on ceiling, cabinet falling apart.

It's like a hostel more than a hotel. Your room is bed only, shared Bathrooms & Washrooms. Parking is not included and you have to pay for it daily.
