Phenomenal location, clean rooms, easy access to everything (Millennium Park, Museum Campus) and the red line being only a block away. Use Spot Hero to park at a parking spot also a block away. Very convenient location with 0 issues.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. We were able to get anywhere we wanted with ease. And above all, THE VIEWS! The views were absolutely incredible and truly made the stay unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was old.The sofa bed looked it was from the 70s. It was okay.

Everything about the stay was fine except check in. First the garage was full so could not valet park. Had to find a spot for the weekend a half mile away. Then even though we got their 45 minutes after check in, they said our room wasn't yet. And had us wait another 45 minutes until it was ready. That means if we got there right at 4 then we'd be waiting an hour and a half just to check in. It seemed like the staff were very overwhelmed and not ready for how busy the weekend was. Don't think I'll be returning

A few things broken. Had to shuffle around rooms just so we had a tv that worked. Okay hotel. Close to Aquarium, museum, and soldier field.

We love staying at either the Hilton Garden Inn side or the Homewood suites side when attending events at Soldier Field. It is an excellent location. The staff are always enjoyable. The hotel is clean and offers nice amenities. However, it does need a little refresh. Not necessarily because it is outdated but because of damage. There was a pole in our room that had "hack marks" in it. It just needed to be replaced. There was a switch that was broken. It worked, but it was off kilter. The closet had some issues. The toilet ran forever. I must say, though, these are not deal breakers. I do love this hotel.
