The bathroom had a motion light that turned on if you moved in bed, so we had to keep the door shut. The view from our room was great, into Grant Park and could see Navy Pier, but the placement of the TV blocked much of the view. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Shower had great water pressure and was a nice large space so you didn't feel cramped with the dark tile. Staff was excellent and greeted us each day and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

The stuff members were very friendly, the rooms were very clean. Everything was just great.

Everything was lovely, but for reference the rooms with views on the first 5-6 floors are extremely noisy at night due to traffic etc.. Not the properties fault, although I would have thought there might be noise canceling glass or something like other hotels I've stayed at.

Very conveniently located near Grant Park, Millenium Park. Nice Grant Park Bistro in the hotel with decent food and drinks options.

Room was nice and the tv had media in functioning and Ethernet. Didn’t get do not disturb sign. Didnt get suit i paid for ect but at least i wasnt one of the 20 people waiting in the lobby

Disappointed in not having hotel store or vending machines. Staff told me they did,

They don’t even make espressos! They said they didn’t even have an espresso machine at the restaurant.

Cleanness of rooms the space in restrooms and all the amenities that are available for you while you stay! Nothing!!!!
