Very welcoming and helpful staff!

Easy check in and the room was perfect. Had dinner at the restaurant and had a great time. Room was great. One of the best rooms I've stayed at
-
Great location, easy access to L line. Close to shopping and great restaurants
-
The property was dated and the room that I got was not. The room that was shown on the internet. It was a lot smaller on the internet of show that there was a couch. There was no couch. There was an old leather lounge chair in the room was a lot smaller than displayed on the internet.

The front desk staff was excellent! The location was great for downtown amenities. bed was very comfortable. Only problem coffee maker wasn't working

The area is close to so many restaurants, spots to hang/shop and if you're a walker, you'll feel even more satisfied with the location. It was active with travelers, and still quiet. At the hotel, I felt immediately welcomed by the staff. They were quick to help me get settled, find local eats and later, get me a taxi to a local phone store when mine shattered. The hotel was clean. I have booked several nice hotels, only to see months worth of dust, debris and stains, the more I observed. This hotel was the total opposite of that experience. The bedding was crisp, the towels were bright and soft-ish, and the tables were clean and dust free. I also had several hours before my flight. They held my luggage and upon return, provided me with a clean space to change into my travel-wear comfortably. I'd say my short stay was perfect, except I got soured cream for my morning coffee at the restaurant. :)

I only stayed one night as a layover inbetween destinations, but it was a good stay. The staff are lovely and the rooms are modern and in good condition. There is a small fitness room, it it had enough in the way of equipment to get in a workout. It’s an oldish building and has oldish building problems (small elevators and not enough of them) but it was a good stay. Location is right on the park, and very convenient

The bathroom had a motion light that turned on if you moved in bed, so we had to keep the door shut. The view from our room was great, into Grant Park and could see Navy Pier, but the placement of the TV blocked much of the view. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Shower had great water pressure and was a nice large space so you didn't feel cramped with the dark tile. Staff was excellent and greeted us each day and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Highly recommend

The stuff members were very friendly, the rooms were very clean. Everything was just great.
-
Everything was lovely, but for reference the rooms with views on the first 5-6 floors are extremely noisy at night due to traffic etc.. Not the properties fault, although I would have thought there might be noise canceling glass or something like other hotels I've stayed at.
-
I loved it. Great boutique hotel with a wonderful bistro!.... will definitely stay again
