Great stay! Would recommend
-
clean!

Very noisy.

The area was so lovely; next to the water, nearby Shedd Aquarium, nearby Millenium Park/the Bean, and the Chicago Art Institute-- all accessible by foot. Will be coming back here for sure when I come back to Chicago!

I got a bed bug bite during my stay, which wasn’t ideal. I didn’t report it to staff at the time, so I can’t speak to how they would have handled it. Aside from that, the stay was good overall, the room was comfortable and everything else met expectations
-
I did like l the cleanliness of the hotel and that there was a lot of options near by for food. I didn't like the parking situation. It was a little hard to find.
-
Tv didn’t work the entire stay, we asked front desk and they told us it was a storm. Which there was no storm.

Check-in took much longer than expected, and there was a long wait before I was able to get settled. Upon walking into the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell that did not give the impression of a clean property. Unfortunately, the room had a similar smell and did not feel or smell as clean as I would have expected. The room also did not look as advertised and was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Another major issue was trying to contact the front desk. I attempted several times to call from the room for towels and general information, but the phone would only beep and would not connect or even ring. I also tried calling the hotel from my cell phone and experienced the same issue. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone unless I physically went down to the front desk. The location was definitely a positive, but the overall customer service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and communication need significant improvement. With better attention to these areas, the guest experience could be much better.

The hotel was nice and our room was clean.. The location was fantastic. The staff was not friendly at all.The snack area in the lobby was not stocked well
-
Location Bad HVAC, horribly noisy, TV did not work, shower has no handheld, beds aren't very comfortable.
-
The room was clean but was ready later than they told us. Also, the pool didn’t have towels the day we were there. The staff was not too helpful about how to get around but over all, it was a good hotel and would consider staying there again. Good for the price!

Will stay here again when we are downtown for a weekend.

We were in town for the BTS concerts at Soldier Field. We got to the hotel around 1pm to check in even if our room wasn't ready, but it was! We hadn't even bothered to bring our luggage with us because we had some running to do before the concert. The room was clean with a great view of the South Loop and even the lake. It was perfect for what we needed and was a great place to be for two nights. 💜
-
Loved the amenities but my kids got a little scared that the health center clients were doing laps in the pool while they were playing in the pool
-
Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed my stay. I was in the 24th floor with a view facing the buildings across the street. There are restaurants nearby to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was able to store my bags and luggage while I grabbed breakfast on my last day there. Would book again if I come back to Chicago

The room is cleaned only every other day which isn’t terrible but something to know. Otherwise very clean and the valet was quick with our car. Only problem we had has nothing to do with the hotel but Uber. Od not find the hotel correctly by either putting in the address or the name of the hotel or even the restaurant in the hotel. It took us almost 10 blocks away to drop us in the middle of Grant Park. The whole weekend never got corrected. So we had to be picked up and dropped off at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Very strange.

Room and bathroom were very clean when I arrived.

Room was very noisy between a/c and trains. We were on the 29th floor, too. Shower had quite a bit of mildew in the grout, towels were old, hinge on cabinet door enclosing fridge was failing. Housekeeper was super friendly and accommodating. Elevators veeeerrrrry slow to arrive. Enjoyed walking to Paris Baguette for breakfast each morning.
