I did not like the shared bathroom and showers. In my opinion, these should be like a home bathroom / shower…shared consecutively, not concurrently. You’re also at the mercy of the laziest and most slovenly traveler who refuses to clean up after themselves in the public spaces. I really dislike having to clean a toilet or a sink before I can use. I also think the single lounge on the first floor is very inconvenient, especially for travelers staying on the third floor. Ideally, there should be a lounge on each floor. Alternately, the lounge should be on the second floor so it’s equally convenient for as many people as possible.

The beds were comfy. The (family) room and (female) bathroom were clean. Easy check-in and out (even after 12am). Lots of books to read in the gathering space. Both sinks in the female bathroom were clogged.

Walking distance to amtrak and resturants It smelled like roach spray and there was a stain on my comforter

It was clean and easy access. I liked that the staff were very kind and communicative and that there wasn’t a curfew to get in the doors. It was good value for the price

Convenient location, friendly staff and quiet at night, and room had a fan which was great Was rather warm throughout building like there was no air or it wasn’t being used. Thank the lord for the ceiling fan in the room
