Clean hotel and friendly staff!

Hyatt Place is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is just minutes away from the Blue Line which takes you downtown in minutes and straight to the airport if necessary. The neighborhood was nice with several restaurant choices. Our room was clean with a great bathroom/shower.

Also a microwave in the room would have been nice. Breakfast in the morning was really good, but it would be nice if the area where you serve yourself was more open without a wall in the middle or if there was someone making sure that everyone is cutious because there were a few guests who made the experience a little hectic.

Excellent location. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Roof top lounge offered quality drinks as well as food with a great city view. Would recommend.

Clean and smell freshly. It is close for all of the activities you want it. 1.7 miles from the downtown.

breakfast was really good, nice place, very clean should not have to pay for valet or parking if you're already staying. Room cost was very expensive. Should have come with a free drink at the bar.

Wonderful stay! Great location! Staff and amenities were fantastic! I forgot my iPad in my room when I checked out and luckily remembered it before I left. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Completely worth the money!

Great location. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Very loud at nighttime. Busy location which brought lots of noisy traffic/street noise that could be heard even over the air conditioner, which didn’t let up until 1-2am. The noise within building itself was minimal, little to no hallway noise.
