Liked the location. Breakfast was regular American standard. Housekeeping didn't arrive in spite of telling them we would like daily housekeeping. Breakfast was a repeat both days, a Lil change would have been nicer.
-
It was very clean & our rooms were comfortable. For a Hyatt, I would expect the windows to be better quality & more sound proof. The traffic noise was very loud. Which apparently that is known as earplugs were provided in the room.

Beautiful property. Great location. Excellent breakfast.
-
Professional, helpful, and kind staff members, from the front desk staff, housekeeping, valet, restaurant staff. I just had a great experience altogether.
-
This location never disappoints! I’ve been coming here as a staycation for the last 4 years and I will continue. If you’re looking for quiet time, privacy, ascetics and more treat yourself and book here.
-
Friendly staff and great location. But traffic was a bit loud
-
Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping in Wicker Park Difficult to get into and not marked well so I wasn’t sure it was parking for the Hyatt
-
Everything about this hotel was top notch!
-
Lobby smells so good, seriously. Great room, good valet service. And a free breakfast, in Chicago? Salt Shed is a quick walk away

I also originally tried to cancel due to the meeting I had that was farther away than I had hoped and nobody would answer me, they refused to cancel when requested for a real reason and still wouldn't talk to me about it. Restaurant and bar closes very early the day we were there so we had to go elsewhere for food and drinks which was fine, but 7PM is very early for a restaurant to close.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The property was amazing and felt very homey, from the decor in the halls to the breakfast buffet setup that made me feel like I was visiting a friend for breakfast. The food was good with a variety of food and beverages. Our room was clean & comfortable. The customer service is awesome and the rooftop restaurant is by far the best. Loved it!
-
Really nice hotel, good breakfast with variety each day. The "lobby" is on the seventh floor, so enter through the parking garage from Ashland to find the elevators. I recommend a 10-15 minute walk west to Wicker Park where there's lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
