Amazing hotel!!
-
Super clean It was a little expensive. We got in late, left early. But it was close to where we needed to be.
-
I arrived early and asked if an early check in was possible, they said the room wasn’t ready yet but that while I could get access to enjoy the amenities while I waited which was really great. The room was ready a short time later and the room was very nice & clean, only complaint was that the sink wasn’t draining until i lifted the silver metal piece that sits in the center of the sink, not sure if that piece was supposed to come off as easily as it did? but it started draining after that, with no more issues.

This property was amazing. We used about 5% of what was available. The exercise facilities, pools, courts, restaurants, and bars were perfect. We will try to stay longer than one night next time.

Our family stayed here for the weekend and would highly recommend. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff who always had a smile on their face. The entire hotel was immaculate clean. The actual room was spacious and was ready for us, even upon our early arrival. The weather wasn’t the greatest but the pool and hot tub were very nice. We went to the city a few times during our stay and Lyfts were very affordable. I would recommend 10/10!

We’ve stayed here several times and loved it every time. The pool is fabulous, but the one complaint is that the poolside snack bar wasn’t open on Friday or Sunday. We found that strange given it was the weekend. Other than that, the stay was great. I took a cardio tennis class that was fantastic too. I think Joey was the instructor and he was excellent. Highly recommends staycation here!

Superb

Very clean and amenities seemed great (didn’t use the pool or gym which are the main draws for the property), but the hotel part of the facility kind of felt like a vibe-less afterthought. The room was plain, if not cold, and lacked any character. The location is near a grocery store and some other conveniences, but it’s not immediately walkable to any cool boutiques or restaurants in the area.

Our arrival, very accessible parking, very nice reception, clean and very comfortable hotel

Parking was not easy for valet. AC did not work well. This hotel really only cares about their gym and the members. Nothing is about the hotel or its customers. It was an ok location for a cubs game, but not worth the price and the headache that came along with the gym being the main focus.

Awesome place to stay. PERFECT all around facilities, pool, hot tub, training classes

Everything about this hotel is great, extremely clean rooms, excellent amenities, and very friendly staff. It's a wonderful spot for sports lovers, though there are a few minor drawbacks. The outdoor pool is usually full of families and children, so don't expect to swim laps easily. The gym is spotless and packed with equipment, but just a heads-up for anyone doing weightlifting: they don't seem to allow lifting chalk. Also, the soundproofing between the rooms and the gym is a bit weak, which might bother light sleepers. Still a great stay overall!
-
Good location. Modern spacious and well maintained. Our bed was hard as a rock and the AC blew constantly and somewhat noisily in our room. Could hear staff and guests in the hall.

The property was clean. Rude staff. Inconsistent communication about open pool hours and food availability. Lack of consideration for autism. Security told me after 9pm you only can be on the 3rd or 4th floor. No one can be outside of the room. 9pm on July 4th is insane when I was told pool would be open until 11pm!
