Noise. From 5am on it was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not sure if it was slamming doors from the upstairs, or the gym below, but it was unbearable, and made for a miserable experience.

if you're staying there on a weekend or in the summer get ready for a ton of kids rooms are spacious parking is free with the accommodations that's always a bonus

Room was just as described and perfectly clean. Bathrooms a little small but otherwise perfect. Bed was comfortable. Amenities are amazing—gym area was great and pool and hot tub were great, even in September. Also used the spa which was great.

Nice hotel with excellent gym. When you pay through Expedia, the "total" cost is not all you will be paying. Once you arrive, they scam you for $50/day in "resort fees" that no one informed you of prior to booking your stay

The room was nice and had a good amount of space. However, the walls were paper thin. I also didn’t love the club/hotel vibe and the food from the cafe was terrible and very over priced. All in all, I would have expected more for the price.

Pedicure at spa had only one therapist instead of 2 scheduled. Whole morning backed up due to this. Add on the insult resort fee, then the check out harassment leads me to never consider returning. The final straw was the ticket reader at the garage exit was malfunctioning. I was so glad to get out! Next stay will be at Marriott where we have status and are treated like guests.

Beautiful apartment well equipped. In a great area with access to 2 supermarkets. We faced the poolside area and that was noisy in the evening but otherwise a beautiful property.
