Very clean, quiet, comfortable. We felt safe in the area as well.

I enjoyed the room and the breakfast at this hotel. It was surprising that I made it past check in. The check in attendant, a person named Amy was less than polite. For this reason I will not think about staying here again. She asked many rapd fire questions that didn't seem to make any sense. She started with, "I'm sorry," which at first was confusing buy maybe she starts with that because she can't help but condescend and correct even when she is 100% incorrect. For example, she asked how I found the hotel. I pulled up the hotels app on my phone, showed it to her, and said, 'hotels app.' She went out of her way to correct me and tell me it was another name. 1. Why do you have to tell the person giving you money that they are wrong? I was really close to leaving at that point. No, I will not stay there again.

Lovely historic building and beautifully furnished. Staff was fabulous as well. No complaints.

The location is amazing. So many restaurants and shops. Easy access to Blue line train. Great neighborhood! The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. There was a toaster oven to heat it up which was helpful but seems unnecessary when you are at breakfast right when it starts. The overnight oats and yoghurt in the fridge were a nice addition and ‘saved’ the breakfast. For the kitchen facilities I expected more. I wouldn’t consider this a continental breakfast. Also, we encountered four different inn-keepers in the morning and only one actually spoke to us. A simply good morning would’ve been nice.

There wasn't anything I found unsuitable.

Amelia and Kai were exceptionally accommodating for our stay. Location was perfect. Out of the concrete jungle of downtown but only a quick train right away. So many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Love this place. Will be coming back again.

The Inn is on a pretty little street in the heart of Wicker Park. It's very accessible to bus and train lines. The staff were lovely, everything was very clean and very comfortable. They provide a house made continental breakfast each morning in the common area kitchen. There is a train line right behind the house but we always sleep with a white noise machine anyway so it didn't bother us. The doors to the rooms could us better sealing as to block out hall light and noise. Overall we had a pleasant stay and met some lovely fellow guests!

We enjoyed looking at all the different architecture and spent time in some of the thrift shops. My daughter and I took the mega bus from Cincinnati Ohio for a comedy show. It was a great 36 hours. Kitchen was adorable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. They even made extra items for my daughter who is dairy free.

Adorable space, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Everything was good.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were extremely courteous. The continental breakfast somewhat adequate. Did not appreciate the paper thin walls as we could hear other guests talking/laughing loudly till 1:15 am, snoring loudly and slamming doors. Although there were earplugs in the room, they did not dim the noise. The heater (overseeing the bed) blasted hot air on top of us throughout the night very uncomfortable. The directions for its use were somewhat difficult to follow. Thank you for allowing the constructive feedback.
