Really great staff! I highly recommend.

This place was very different and unique; a true B&B experience. Parking was difficult, but once we got our spot we used public transportation everywhere. The nearest bus stop and train station are a ten minute walk. After we got our room we were given a tour of the property and told of all the amenities available to us (of which there were several).

My favorite place to stay in Chicago. So welcoming and a great place to just relax in the public spaces. Great food and the location is perfect. Really wonderful neighborhood.
-
What a cute place! We loved it. It felt like a funky friend's home. Very comfortable and clean. It was kind of hot throughout. And we waited 45 min. for breakfast. We totally understand that - but we wouldn't have ordered anything if we knew it would take so long since we had to leave.
-
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices and very flexible for schedules. Our room was very narrow and slanted towards the bed when walking by.
-
This was the coziest, most welcoming place we could have stayed! They make the whole process extremely easy, everything you could want or need is available, and the staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing, and my daughter is still craving Ashlee's sourdough french toast! N/A

Rays is amazing, so cute and really felt like home. The food was exceptional, the staff was really friendly, and the rooms were cozy. We plan on coming back regularly. The walk from the train station, and the neighborhood around Ray's was really cute, with lots of great coffee, food and other options.
-
Very comfortable place to stay, we loved the rooftop patio and the made-to-order breakfast was amazing! Staff were all great and the entire accommodations were fantastic! Will recommend to all our friends! If it were free, that'd be great, otherwise, nothing.
-
This is the best place I have ever stayed at in Chicago. The feel, the staff, the food, steam shower and sauna. Nothing!
-
The best breakfast I’ve ever had!!
-
The courtesy and hospitality of the staff and the convenience of the location were great sellers for us. I have nothing to add here!
-
The breakfast alone was worth the trip! Warm, generous, eclectic, this place goes out of their way to welcome their guests. And they’re PET FRIENDLY.

If all lodging was this good, hotels would go out of businesses.
-
Ashle was amazing, she checked in on our arrival, provided for late secure access, provided parking and was a delight to work with. The breakfast is lovely and being able to get up early and grab coffee is a HUGE perk. The food offerings are also wonderful and scrumptious. no complaints what so ever
-
Large and well-furnished rooms, generous breakfasts, unique and hilarious décor! And the bathrooms — beautiful, very comfy. Nuthin’ — it’s all brilliant so long as your expectations are accurate — that this is like living in a well-stocked co-op, not a “hotel”.
-
Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped.
-
Spotless room. Very friendly staff. All kinds of nice extras such as snacks, drinks, etc. Interesting artwork & oddities throughout the b&b. Garage parking tight but a huge plus. Made to order breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return.
