The staff was exceptional was a part of a wedding that was taken place there and they were extremely helpful. Jake was outstanding and everything he did with the wedding as guest arrived and left the property Can’t say anything about it was not a good experience

The building is very cool, centrally located to all of my favorite spots in Wicker Park, and conveniently located near the Blue Line for easy access. The room is spotlessly clean and had a nice view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Robey was so welcoming, and they even surprised my daughter with donuts for their birthday. Everyone we met was helpful and accommodating, and we look forward to staying at The Robey again!

I think the Robey is quintessential Chicago vibes, a converted old bank/insurance bldg that has maintained the old world charm while furnishing it with an industrial mid century taste. The staff are super nice, the cafe food is excellent, the blue line train stop is one block away, the neighborhood has great restaurants, shopping, night life and conveniences. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out when the weather allows. Avoid the room over the cayote bar on the 2nd floor if you want to sleep. I have stayed in many of the rooms, and while I definitely have preferences, all were well appointed and consistent in their good upkeep, comfy beds and amenities. Highly recommend.

The room was clean. The room was on the Milwaukee street-side so it was quiet. The property is beautiful; rooftop bar is gorgeous at night but service is poor. Overall, great location, nice property, and helpful staff.

Lot of noise from hallway. Maids checking in too early for cleaning. Bathroom is not private if couple or friends staying together. Mainly just extremely overpriced with surge pricing and holidays. Lot better options on area for same price point.
