Clean room. Excellent location for all of the action and tourist activities. Starbucks in the lobby. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Super nice staff. Little street noise.

The hotel was great in many aspects. The room was cleaned and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The pool huge and majestic. The hotel is a piece of history with modern conveniences. Location, location, location. This hotel is on the best spot of the magnificent mile and close to all tourist spots !!!

Very convienent to walk to all the tourist areas of Chicago! Nice restaurants, friendly staff, Starbucks on-site was awesome to have!!!! I would stay again.

This is a fabulous hotel with an unbeatable location. I’d stay there again. I do wish the pool had more places to sit. I’m not sure why we had to pay resort fees.

While we understand that booking errors can happen, guests should not be responsible for resolving them after leaving. We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was included, and instead of honoring the reservation or offering any reasonable solution, the hotel simply refused the benefit and placed the blame on Travelocity. This was frustrating because we had written proof of what we purchased, yet no effort was made to accommodate us or resolve the issue. We expected the hotel to honor the confirmed reservation or work directly with Travelocity to find a fair solution. Unfortunately, neither happened, and it left us with a disappointing impression of our stay.

Very convenient location to sights, shopping and restaurants.

Bathroom mirror doesn’t have back light, looks like it designed to be, but no switches or anything to turn it on. Same with fan or hot light on the ceiling. I see it, but switch was capped with white plate and not functional. Humid from bathroom after shower spreads into room. It didn’t cause any problems at the stay at all, just noticed. Staff friendly, very attentive. I didn’t use any amenities staying in the hotel, it was just overnight. Thank you.
