The location is perfect and the building is quite nice. The rooms are also comfortable. This is not a hotel, but rather occupies several floors in a large apartment building. We had a couple issues with our room (malfunctioning, smoke alarm and empty body wash) and neither were dealt with despite a asking multiple times.

Amazing stay for a family of four. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the hot tub! It felt close to the action, without being too close. Quiet but walkable to Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, etc. Nearby multiple grocery stores. The building was well maintained and the neighborhood felt safe. The views from the room were unbelievable (the pictures don't do them justice). I would definitely stay here again.

Cafe in lobby very healthy options. Great spot to be in the Gold Coast

This place was 10/10. The room was extremely clean. Had everything you needed. Even a washer and dryer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a cute children’s area. The amenities floor was amazing and comfortable. Great area to walk to dinning and shopping and the oak st beach. We are walkers so while nothing was right around the corner we could walk to many sights like the river walk, the bean, chicago 360, all the stores.

On the MORNING of check-in (as we were boarding our flight to Chicago) I got an email that they could no longer honor our reservation, and they had rebooked us at the Fulton Market location. While they offered to upgrade our suite and refund a small amt of the nightly rate to help with Uber costs, the new location was a huge inconvenience. We couldn't use the CTA as planned and ended up spending quite a bit more $ on Uber than we were compensated for. We also lost a lot of time in transit that we could have spent enjoying our limited time in the city. While the suite and building amenities are nice, the whole situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We would have cancelled the reservation and booked another hotel in a more convenient location if they had given us any advance notice. A couple of other notes of warning - there was no housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. There was also a Nespresso maker with 4 pods when we arrived, but when we asked for more the next day, they said we had to pay for them. Given how high the nightly rates are for this hotel it's surprising that no daily housekeeping nor coffee is provided.

Location and facility was very nice

Beautiful property in great location! Would have definitely been a 5 but rooms facing the pool was very noisy
-
Nice view, the apartment is beautiful…we were upgraded to a two bedroom & the staff was very nice and helpful. Price

Only negatives were there was not an ice machine, there was not daily cleaning service, the towels were OK and we needed our trash emptied but were many sure how to request that. Overall a great spot. Affordable and lots of space with great views!

The place was unbelievably beautiful I think it's a bit pricy.

Hotel amenities were great, and the suite was nice enough. The mattress was a little springy, but not terrible. I was frustrated by finding out about an amenities fee at the end that added roughly $100 to my cost at the hotel. That felt a lot like the “hidden fee” that so many booking services seek to advertise not having. That hotel would probably say that they don’t hide that fee, that it’s stated in the hotel stay conditions or something to that affect; but I’d argue that most people staying there for the first time are probably unaware of the fee prior to coming. If they want to charge an additional amount for the amenities at the hotel (which I admit are great), put the cost for the amenities into the price per night for the room itself. If you advertise the amenities at the hotel as a perk of staying there, consider that part of the upfront price rather than something that’s informed to you as you check out.

Eric and the rest of the concierge staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel has great amenities, family friendly with game rooms for kids of all ages, pool and hot tub, spa and fitness center, plenty of work spaces, and the best part is the cafe with great drinks and food right at the lobby. Highly recommend the stay.

this is no a hotel and the amenities are bare bones. No maid service, the TV was worthless with endless buffering to make it unwatchable, the shower head was broken, etc. On the good side, it's a great location, beautiful views, nice vibe around the property, large unit with two beds, and great gym area.

We only stayed one night but we definitely want to go back and stay at least two nights. It really was beautiful, clean and very secure.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The property was comfortable and family-friendly. The only improvement would be better Wi-Fi and more breakfast options. I would still recommend this place.

We traveled with four kids. There was a noticeable lack of other children around. However the property was prepared to have them around. There was an entire play room with brand new puzzles and gently used toys to play with. The pool was usually fairly empty so my kids had fun there. The basketball court was generally empty as well. We got a lot of use out of all three spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee shop downstairs was a frequent stop as well.
