Didn't like that you had to keep asking for coffee and sugar and creamer. Should be refilled if you use it. Liked location

The Sable hotel was great! This was great entertainment and the staff did an amazing job of making us feel happy and we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Very good Cost

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were incredible. The location is also fantastic—you’re right next to beautiful walking paths and the beach, and you’re just a short distance from the Magnificent Mile. The area felt safe, clean, and very well maintained. I stayed in September, and the weather was absolutely phenomenal, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

​The check in clerk did not greet us or smile. She pulled up our reservation and claimed we had only booked a standard high-floor room. I showed her our confirmation clearly stating "High-Floor Corner Room." She acknowledged our confirmation was correct, but claimed no corner rooms were available. To make up for a $400 downgrade, she offered to waive a $30 destination fee, refusing a partial refund on the basis that the reservation was prepaid. We would've accepted the downgrade if we were going to be refunded the $400 difference between the corner view vs. no corner view. ​Only after we firmly refused to pay for a room category we weren't receiving did she step away to speak with a manager. Miraculously, our reserved corner room "materialized" three minutes later. ​Though the check in clerk uttered a token apology, she was cold and unbothered throughout. Having to push back against a blatant bait-and-switch cast a heavy shadow over the weekend, leaving us disappointed by the hotel and front desk’s lack of integrity and transparency.

Faltaron los pequeños detalles, pagamos por un cuarto para tres personas, nos dejaron solo dos botellas de agua y en las batas de baño tambien dejaron solo dos. Nos parecio un poco impersonal cuando se paga la habitacion para 3 personas y los detalles mostraban algo diferente. Creo que por el precio que pagamos por la habitacion al menos mereciamos esos detalles. La comida del restaurante estaba sabrosa, pero los precio sumamente altos... esa es mi humilde opinion.

A beautiful hotel, with amazing views, right on the water! The staff was very friendly and there's plenty to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

There was so much to see and do without even having to leave Navy Pier. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I relaxed, had fun, ate good, and made some great memories. When it was time to check out, I honestly did NOT want to leave! 😂 Sable at Navy Pier definitely gave me the getaway I needed. I will be back! 🏨✨🌊❤️

The hotel offered wonderful views on downtown Chicago (from the sixth floor). The pier was a great location with little noise. The room was comfortable and shower outstanding. The elevator, due to a worn key pad and a floor light out, was more confusing to use than it should have been. If you stay on lower floors that is a chance tour boats will block the city view. From our point of view, EVERY Chicago downtown hotel was overpriced and the city taxes are breathtakingly shocking.

Be aware of all the hidden changes and you have to ask for housing keeping to clean your room. Stayed 6 days and didn’t get my room cleaned once. No fresh towels, no clean water, and no maid beds. When we brought it up to learn about charges that were made they told us that we should have asked for house keeping to brings towels, etc.

Staff was amazing! So many things to do and the view from the room was amazing.
