All stupendous!

Beautiful hotel! Right on the pier near everything! Included were activity and food credits. Limited amenities (no pool or hot tub and never found the gym) but we were near so much it didn’t matter. Highly recommend

The location of the hotel at Navy pier is excellent for views, sightseeing, boat rides , Hope on Hop off bus rides, 4th of July fireworks.

The staff here is absolutely perfection. They met all of our needs and are pleasant to speak with during your stay.

Room and view were great, but beware the $29 card they sell you at check-in to make sure you will actually use and benefit from it.

stay away, no one told us it had been damage and under repair, staff could not even help get me bording pass, room service sub par. We got a notice from Expedia after we checked in saying we could cancil, a bit to late.

Great stay; fabulous location, amazing views and access to so much; friendly staff. Super friendly and accommodating housekeeping! Food/bar service took a long long time, every time..long wait to order…long wait to get drinks…long wait to pay bill. Not enough staff behind the bar.

Room was great. Bed, shower, view, all great. Property is clean but kind of lifeless. Coffee stand was not good but restaurant was ok. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again because you are pretty isolated at the end of the peer but if I had to I wouldn’t mind it.

While this hotel is a bit ‘far’ away being on the end of the pier, it’s well with a stay. The rooms are wonderful - bed and pillows super comfortable, view amazing and the shower is truly great. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to all. Ask for the 6th or 7th floor - great views of the water and city!! You can pick up an uber right at the hotel if you want. And the mall that is inside will take you all the way to the start of the pier. Many food choices and things to do!

Great location on the Navy Pier. Easy to walk places or even catch a water taxi. Room had an amazing view and was very clean. The staff were all nice and helpful. Restaurants and coffee shop on site.
