The stay had a beautiful view

We took our grandson to Chicago especially to the Navy Pier. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if you are visiting this area of Chicago.

The Sea View, The Space in the Room, was great, It would have been nice, if the microwave; was a part of the fee and already in the room, one thing I would like to add was that the staff was very accommodating as far as timely Manor, in bringing or coming to see about anything that needed to be adjusted in the room. The food was absolutely delicious but it was a little pricey and if you happen to be a family of four that could have been quite expensive and where would that leave for other activities around such a great City and hotel transportation around Chicago. I felt very safe in and around the Hotel. Fireworks were over the Top, something for everyone to Enjoy. The cost of the microwave; not included in the fee for the room. The cost of parking/valet parking, and in at the hotel restaurants, and not really knowing the outside restaurants in how far would be to walk or the kids who will live for taxi for city bus. There was an issue with me checking in after someone was in front of me and the reservationist seemed to be very helpful and accommodating to that person but I didn't feel the same warmth hospitality, when I was asking questions they were very brief and short response back or they couldn't quite hear me.

Enjoyed the somewhat quiet location at the end of Navy Pier. Highlight was watching the fireworks out on the lake (as well as storms) from our window. Beautiful view. Did not like the mandatory Navy Pier/resort fee but that seems increasingly standard other places as well. Overall wonderful stay.

A great hotel right on the Pier. We had floor to ceiling windows, and our grandkids could wave to the boats from the bench seat. And saw the fireworks from our room. Spectacular. Clean, up to date, and very secure. Will stay here again

Overall the views were wonderful. The proximity was great. The room wasn’t clean. Bedding had stains on it. No one cleaned our room. No towels. Front desk was definitely not friendly. The elevator stopped working.

My sister and I stayed for one night only but we really like this hotel, was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I took my sister there bc she came from Mexico to visit me and now I’m thinking to take there my family when they come to visit me !!

The hotel is located at the very end of Navy Pier and uncomfortable for reaching the city center. Check-in was long and the staff was unpleasant. Our toilet didn’t work and the room was dirty. Chicago is filled with hotel options. Skip this one.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! Loved being in the pier. We had a room with great views.

Location Nothing

Traveled with my partner, it felt romantic and we loved the view and all the nearby attractions. We were given a $10 credit to the restaurant but didn’t use them because we were too busy exploring the entire pier. There is no pool however the oak beach is nearby. The property felt safe although it was accessible to everyone, you had to use your room key to access the elevators. The pier closed at 10p to public so we had private access to the beautiful nighttime views. Make sure you wear walking shoes!! The only things that bothered us were, Stains on the floor and bench in our room, shower head had weak water flow, other than that it was an amazing stay!!! Definitely will be back with my children.
