Sable at Navy Pier Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton

Arrived to a confusion about the room and pricing through Expedia. Staff was helpful and took care of it! Got the pricing we were promised and had a great stay! Me and my fiance had a great time!

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. While the room wasn’t particularly elaborate, the location and views really make this hotel special. It was also incredibly convenient being able to enjoy Navy Pier and then simply walk back to the hotel without having to drive or worry about parking again. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a Navy Pier staycation or a weekend where you want to enjoy the lakefront and nearby attractions.

My family (of 4) stayed 5 days/4 nights. The room had a beautiful view. The room itself was very nice too! Front desk staff were nice and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the housekeeping. We requested more towels because only 3 towels were in the bathroom, and we needed one more. It took a long time for it to be sent to our room. We had to request 4 towels every time, which was annoying. Also, there were 2 days our room was not cleaned, even after we requested housekeeping. Other than that, the hotel itself was great. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner on occasion. The surrounding area was beautiful and picturesque. We would stay at Sable Hotel again!

Beautiful view from the room of Lake Michigan and the city, and of Chicago’s summer (Wed./Sat.) fireworks, we could see them clearly from the room (we were in the 6th floor), comfortable bed, great shower and water pressure, great customer service. I recommend this place and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Let me first start with the view, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Downtown Chicago skyline is stunning from the pier. Did I mention the windows are floor to ceiling!? Lovely!! We stayed on the 7th floor, The view indeed was my favorite part. Now there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat or snack on the main floor I suggest you bring your walking shoes as there will be a lot of walking required to get up to your room. I told the lady at the front desk you guys need a scooter to get us to the tiers lol. The hotel is beautiful if you’re driving, I suggest using valet, it’s cheaper than the parking garages . $76 per night for valet was worth it because we left out a lot. Staff was great, friendly and answered all questions and very informative. I would definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend.

Property is a great location, each room with water views. Convenient amenities and entertainment of Navy Pier. Very easy to catch Uber or Lyft from the front of Navy Pier and go into the city or to stadiums. Was a quick 20mins to Wrigley. Walkable to Magnificent Mile, about 15 to 20 mins. Hotel rooms are spacious and modern. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant was worth the prices. Great view of fireworks every Saturday in the summer!

Everything was perfect, they let me check in early. The staff was amazing.

Parking wasn't free as advertised

I wish they had microwaves !!! No microwaves for the people at all.

My stay was amazing, the view was spectacular- a self contained, day date to treat myself to the sites, sounds & view of Sweet Home Chicago! I booked a return visit for December before breakfast 😂

Housekeeping was excellent!! Conveniently located to so many things to do and see!! We will stay again.

We were supposed to be in NYC but our flight got canceled. The lady at the front desk was so accommodating and understanding of our situation and upgraded our room. She was absolutely amazing and made our anniversary extra special. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view! The room was very nice, the staff was great!

The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. The location is also great. I love being right on the water. Perfect for a stroll outside on the boardwalk.
