Very nice room. Staff was excellent very nice and helpful

The hotel itself was great; friendly staff and good location to walk to all attractions and access the L. However, ima few blocks away is a fire station, so on a busy holiday weekend, there were a lot of sirens all night….so not the best sleep.

Stay was pleasant, most of the staff was friendly, it's located right in the center of downtown and made it easy to access alot since you have to walk everywhere.

We had a great stay! The staff were helpful and courteous! Room was very clean! The restaurant’s food was delicious and the guys at the bar were awesome!

Our room was right under the weight room and we were woken up every morning by the sound of dumbbells dropping on the floor. Otherwise hotel was great! Gave us a complimentary bottle of wine since it was my birthday. Would stay again, just wouldn’t stay on a high floor.

A MURDER happened here right outside during our stay and all they would do is remove the ridiculous and extra destination fee.

We stayed in the Junior suite and the room was perfect. It was clean, housekeeping did an amazing job everyday making sure of that and the bed was so comfortable. I really loved the jacuzzi in suite and it got put to use every night. Housekeeping made sure that was also very clean. The gentleman who took our bags up gave us the best food recommendations in the area. Chicago food is top tier anyway but we really appreciated that on the first night. The hotel isn’t sitting on the river walk so the view is of the city and that was perfectly fine. It also was in walking distance of so many things and that saved a lot on Ubers even though we used the hotel valet. Overall I would stay here every time I visit Chicago. The hotel is beautiful! The restaurant and bar were so nice, it always smelled amazing and the customer service was 10/10!

Clean and spacious room. Excellent location, close to transit and attractions if you are visiting for tourism. Excellent food choices nearby.

So the property was beautiful. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. But unfortunately, this establishment has a lot of hidden fees and they are not upfront with their pricing on rooms so unfortunately because of their shady practices I would never stay here again!

I was bitten by bed bugs or any bugs at night and woke up at 3 am, very exhausting experience.they change my room next day but did not offer anything for my discomfort there. Please also check the location map before booking. We got confused with another one with the same name just by riverside so that disappointed us too. Overall wont repeat this. Cleanliness
