The property was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Staff was welcoming and informative and the room was spacious and beautiful.

We had a great room, clean and good size. I enjoyed the terrace after an evening dip in the pool. My search criteria was a roof pool with a cityscape.

The location was great. Walking distance to many places or near public transportation.

Great location! Very walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, the river walk, etc. The staff were the most friendly and professional I have experienced. Every one from the valets to the cleaning staff. It’s not the most modern looking hotel but it was very clean, smelled amazing !!!, and the bathroom had nice bright lighting and strong water pressure. The pool was freezing but who cares — it was fun also clean and well maintained. They did serve coffee in the am - but they put it out kind of late in the am. But Starbucks is right behind the building :) Would stay again for sure.

Great location - super walkable to a lot of different places. My friend and I had a lovely day at their pool and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and we had a great recent experience. The location is perfect for us, very central with many nearby restaurants and attractions. Our kids love the indoor pool with a view, which is well-maintained. Our only issue this time was that the A/C vent would give off a cigarette smell, which I am particularly sensitive to. They tried to attend to it with a air freshener spray which was a temporary fix but when we asked if the person could come back again, we were told "maybe" due to the number of guests at that time. I found that a bit off-putting, as cigarette smell is a pretty significant nuisance and I would expect regular housekeeping requests not to be extraordinary at a 5 star hotel. But that was the only negative- everything else was great and we will be back again
