Sunrise Resort Motel South

Location was great The pool was shut the room wasn’t as clean as expected when we arrived there was no cutlery no plates no glasses in the room. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights we were there.

The location is perfect, walking distance from all the necessities. We have a big family i love how affordable this place is, and its not as crowded as other hotels in the area. No stress with a parking garage, you park right out front. Nothing fancy but cozy. We all fit comfortably and theres a closet for extra storage space. A nice little porch area to sit out and relax or dry off. There's a microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately the pool was closed, so that was a little disappointing but luckily the beach is right across the street.

Location of place to beach it is excellent. To eateries also, but the maintenance, description and ammenities for facility are complete false advertising. No ice maker, no coffee maker, no chairs or table to seat or write, towels were complete unclean,no soaps or hygiene items as other facilities.

Beds not comfy and no clean. Parking near day had to pay to use beach. And check out at 10 AM that is to early

Location/NO WATER IN POOL!!!!!!!!! JUST GREEN GUNK!!!!!!!! FILTHY>MY FEET WERE BLACK!!! TV did not work.tub was clogged and NO WATER IN THE POOL

I like that parking was included and it is a super-central location. Smallish room, no frills. But still, quiet. A place to close the door and lay down.

If you’re a family looking to stay for a couple of days, I personally would not recommend it. The room only had the bare minimum, with very little furniture. The fridge was extremely small and barely cooled anything — the room itself felt colder than the fridge. The microwave was rusty, and while the outside noise was pretty loud, I understand that is mostly due to the location, so I’m not taking off points for that. However, the bathroom window and blinds were very moldy, the pool was not working, and the check-in process was more of a hassle than it needed to be. There were other issues as well, but I’ll leave it at that. Overall, for what we paid, I expected a much better experience

No pool

Very close to everything, no stairs, staff was very nice. Comfortable bed. Slight smell of mildew, maybe they had a flood recently.

Location was awesome! The windows have shades but they could definitely use some black out curtains. The sun made the room hot and with all the street lights on it made the room bright and a big hard to sleep.

Staff was horrible, I was forced to pay money to park my cars despite it being advertised as free, I had to argue with the staff to even accept a credit card, the pool was empty, and I believe the front desk person was attempting to scam me out of money.

We love the location love the beach love the part of the room being so clean and Coco's down the street was a fun place to go and the food was great and the entertainment at night time was the best the food was exceptionally good should be for 150 bucks that's with drinks. The motel was old the pool dirty no water not working the TV in the room or the so-called suite 14 didn't work it cut off and on but I'm glad we can go there to watch TV the Starbucks across the street when we got coffee don't go there it's not worth it it's the worst Starbucks ever check out was weird you put your key through a hole by the door of the office you don't see nobody cuz I was going to tell him we did have silverfish but no roaches in the drawer and most of you utensils and stuff were old and worn out. We we paid $210 don't think it was worth that much it was more like 120 it should be for that type of motel. The blinds in the front room were horrible broken we had to put a sheet up till we could have privacy the people were walking up and down partying all night I didn't mind the party was I joined them but if you were fuddy-duddy this is not a place for you to come it's a party town

That it was close to the beach and walking distance to some places but we didn’t stay long. The place was not clean.the photos of the room that I paid for was NOT what I got! The room was too small and looked nothing like the pictures of what I booked! The place seemed sketchy !

Close to the beach and close to where I needed to be for the weekend. No curtains, just blinds. Bright inside the room

location there was no water in the pool- the room was an efficiency which was what we wanted, however, it must not have been used for quite some time as it smelled very musty. There were 2 pans that were scratched very bad and unusable, 1 fork 1 knife 1 spoon.
