Great location, friendly staff, great gym area, just buffet pricey and pool too small

Bathroom wasn’t very well maintained. Mold in the bathroom . Floor by entrance dirty .

the check in was very smooth and I was able to check in early.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and had a boutique type vibe. For such a nice high end hotel I did expect better amenities. There was a tiny walk through area for snacks. The pool and jacuzzi were tiny and crowded. They had two outside bars and a food truck but all three were closed due to storm damage or just weren’t open. This was a July 4th trip so not having the services outside was disappointing.

Good thing they had chargers for ev , workjed well for us!! Beach shuttle cart was nice addition.

Although the beach was a little bit of a long walk, they had a gentleman with a golf cart offering rides back and forth. Also, the stay included FREE access to the Jolly Trolly (which was great for getting around) & also a free 2 hr bike ride each day.

Everything was great. The best part of it was having the beach right near the hotel! The room was clean and the property is well maintained.

I enjoy the stay for vacation June 2026 but what bother me is the parking. We have to pay extra for each night we stay. It adds up. It should be included in the price of the hotel IMO. In the future I will have to reconsider before booking.

This property was kept up well. The staff was constantly cleaning, and organizing the chairs, and towels. It was quiet and even the kids were all well behaved. Grateful for the golf cart from hotel pool to beach. Definitely will visit again with the family.

Front desk staff was so amazing and helpful. Rooms were great & the man who runs the golf cart back and forth to the beach was so kind and fun. Great experience.

I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Loved the Bartender she was so funny and friendly we even had a little sing along

I absolutely LOVED our stay here. Everything you need is in this hotel, which makes it super convenient so that you can relax and enjoy the stay instead of fighting the traffic to go get food or mixed drinks. The staff is extremely friendly- from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the staff at the beach and pool. This is by far my favorite hotel that is beach side and I cannot wait to return!

Loved the location. Staffing was very friendly. Loved that there was accommodations gett8ng to and from the beach. Loved that we could ride the trolley. The pool is small and gets crowded. Wish there was an adult only pool. Food truck was good but pricey.

The name Hyatt regency The garage stunk like poop and urine! The hotel was dated! Ran down and hit in places that should of been air conditioned

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Would have loved some free coffee in the lobby and water by the pool. Parking with "convenience fee" and taxes worked out to right at $35 per night. In the shopping areas (tourist side) you pay for parking almost everywhere by phone. Not sure what happens if you don't have a phone or are not too savvy with technology. Nice hotel and staff!
