We had the room right by the pool and it was really convenient. The room was spacious. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We had a great time !

We had a great vacation. Clearwater was amazing as Always! Our hotel was very convenient to all the walkable attractions. We had a parking garage for our vehicle and it hardly moved being we just walked every where. Only complaint i could honestly say was the water in our hotel and surrounding areas had a strong sulfur smell and taste. It may be just something that the island uses in its water system. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Thanks Hyatt for a great Stay!!

Directly across the street from beach. Restaurants within reasonable walking distances. Beach was well maintained but crowded during our July 4th stay. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Somewhat of a wait for elevators to upper floors - need more.

Great rooms with a picture perfect view and clean rooms thanks to the room service staff. Everything is walking distance so don't rent a car like we did unless you plan to head outside the area. Fantastic vacation spot!

10 out of 10 and will visit AGAIN! My family stayed a the Hyatt Regency for 5 days, and the experience was exceptionally AWESOME!!

We stay here every year and it has always been a 5 Star stay for my family. We love the 1BDR 2Ba with kitchen. Being able to fix our own breakfast and lunches pays for this upgrade by itself. Pool always fun, beach couldnt be much closer. Cant wait to come back!

Getting from the parking garage to the hotel was confusing at first. Perhaps clearer signs would help. Hotel is centrally located. Room was nice and large but there was a ceiling leak over the toilet!! We expected a better view (8th floor king room with kitchenette), so check about that ahead of time. Staff was friendly and helpful.
