Terrible staff, terrible clothing restaurant closed much early than advertised

I like the fresh warm cookies It looks old and outdated. We had food still on our refrigerator and the bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly

Location was great. The staff were efficiency and friendly. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were pubic hairs in the tub. The conditioner in the shower was empty. The coffee maker was nasty and dusty. The glasses were dirty. The king size bed needs to be replaced. I felt every spring.

Room staff and atmosphere No continental breakfast

Only good thing is it was close to the stadium. It was filthy... For the amount of money I spent you would think that they would clean the damn rooms... There was trash all over the floor, there was stuff stuck on to the walls. And this is in the room they wanted me to stay in. Will NEVER return here.

Seemed run down and dirty as compared to our last visit not worth what I had to pay

Staff at desk The first 2 times to my room the key did not work, when it did the room was dirty. Then comes second room. Key does not work, on to third room…yep key did not work.

Location, clean, staff No coffee during the day… should have complimented coffee especially for cold days

Great walking distance to things Toilet seat was very lose, room had a few half drank water bottles in it not mine and the bathroom just didn’t seemed to be cleaned

Location. The room smelled and the bathroom the ceiling was leaking and falling in.

Close for us for the football game that we attended Facility was not clean and presentable

The hotel is filthy and poorly maintained. Restaurant food is horrendously bad. Refrigerator in room thermostat was broken causing beverages to explode in the middle of the night.

Free shuttle within 1 mile radius TV remote didn't work. Room key card needed re-programming 4 times,

Fitness center has a decent selection of equipment and weights.

Location Could use some deep cleaning

The hotel located on downtown, that’s good. I don't know why the parking lot is so dirty and the facilities are old. The carpet in the corridor on our floor is wet and has a musty smell.

It was right on the water and views were beautiful. We were on the 12th floor and when we got off the elevator the carpet was squishy. The floor was flooded. It was definitely a sewer pipe that had burst.
