The bed was comfortable. The room was a bit worn down, elevator was little creepy with ceiling tiles not fitting, the breakfast was bare minimum and the desk clerk was not even there in the morning but out sitting having a smoke.

Location Tv didn’t work , maintenance person very rude

Cold water Being lied to by the front desk that maintenance would come fix my tv so I could use it . I called 4x and got yelled at the 3rd time I called . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast VERY DISAPPOINTING; was provided STALE cereal and MOLDY muffins . That was all they had !

Beds were comfortable and we were just glad to have a place to lay our head during our long trip. Our room was disgusting. There was visible trash on the floor upon entering. There was some dark "stains" near the toilet paper holder and long hair stuck to the bathroom wall. No one had signed the cleaned by Matt by the TV...Breakfast had no options but coffee to drink and very little food.

Didn’t eat. I would like my deposit back. Why have you not refunded it?

The photos are old and do not depict what it’s really like. I also think it’s a place for recoverers who are staying there for an extended period of time.

Our room wasn’t bad, per se. But, we had dirty towels with brown stains on them, and when I mentioned it at checkout the representative said “why didn’t you call if it was a problem, then?” We had gotten to the hotel around midnight and didn’t notice the towels or how dirty the room truly was until the morning when getting ready to leave.

There was no breakfast

It was very good & clean. After awhile the a/c stopped working & it was hot.

Cigarette trash was on fire and filled our room with smoke and the whole area. taff was outside of our hotel room talking profanity til 4:00 a.m. in the morning. No shampoo. They offered no sort of empathy, apology or any kind of refunds or compensation

Good value. Good location. Newly renovated. Easy to find. The tub/shower didn’t work well, but that can be fixed with a maintenance man visit.

Checkin/out very easy. Staff friendly. Facilities very basic and rather dingy. But breakfast was a pleasant surprise with the waffle maker and a fairly decent selection. Need to do some cosmetic touch ups. The rooms were probably clean, but the dinginess created the impression that they weren’t.

Close to the freeway, access to major shopping centers and food Terrible water flow in the bathroom sink also, the toilet was not properly flushing due to corroded flush lever bathroom vent fans seem very clogged and also not good airflow. Also, there is only one power outlet on the desk where you can set up a laptop or similar such things.

Hard to find someone to help. Unfriendly. Breakfast was a joke

For the breakfast, there weren't any other drink options except for coffee and the milk for cereal, which was kind of odd. What are kids or others who don't like coffee supposed to drink? There was a fridge below the bar but there wasn't anything in it though. The vending machines had options thankfully but that kind of defeats the purpose of a "free" breakfast. There were also some updates, repairs that may need done but nothing major. Also, the pillows are square and not the normal rectangle shape which we found funny but still comfortable.
