This one definitely goes on the NEVER stay here again list! When we pulled into the parking lot there were many people loitering, sitting on coolers, drinking just outside the entrance. The building overall looked rundown, shabby, with peeling paint. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The cleaning staff we encountered and the 1 breakfast staff were all friendly. However, we were on the 2nd floor and the hallway thermostat read 99 degrees. The elevator had to be a similar temperature. Once in the elevator I wasn’t sure I wanted to stay. Pieces of the elevator were falling off and it was making awful sounds. The room: tv and stations were good, beds were made nicely and comfortable. The pillows were either infant or child sized; about half the size you would normally expect. Each bed had only 3. The in room air conditioning did work well thankfully. The shower barely drizzled out water at all. The Kleenex was empty. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The tub/shower had a yellow stain to it and looked filthy. There were dead beetle type bugs on the floor in the bathroom. Luckily no bed bugs to speak of in this room. Breakfast was disgusting. It consisted of waffles, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes (1 bowl/about empty), and room temperature milk because the breakfast refrigerator door would not stay shut. There was also coffee. No other beverages. I waited over 30 minutes for a turn to make a waffle and gave up. For $140+ deposit. NEVER AGAIN! Period!

At 10pm someone tried to kick in our room door! I called the front desk manager and he kept saying this is a safe place. Wouldn’t switch us rooms wouldn’t refund us our money nothing. Not to mention on my receipt upon departure checkout, there was a miscellaneous deposit of $50 taken from my card

Very run down. Didn't dare stay here.

Lobby smelled of pet urine. Room assigned smelled of a mix of animal urine and cigarette smoke. The day manager set me up in a clean room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

It was just okay.

It was quiet. The bed was decent. It was a bit rundown.

Room was musty and stuffy. Sheets weren’t clean and the back walkway area(s) were in disrepair.

Beds were comfortable and we were just glad to have a place to lay our head during our long trip. Our room was disgusting. There was visible trash on the floor upon entering. There was some dark "stains" near the toilet paper holder and long hair stuck to the bathroom wall. No one had signed the cleaned by Matt by the TV...Breakfast had no options but coffee to drink and very little food.

Didn’t eat. I would like my deposit back. Why have you not refunded it?

The photos are old and do not depict what it’s really like. I also think it’s a place for recoverers who are staying there for an extended period of time.
