Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

The restaurant was not well-staffed so I went elsewhere. My toilet ran loudly for extended periods of time every time I used it as well when people in adjoining rooms used theirs.

Booked and was sold out! Had to drive an hour to the next hotel

Very spacious room, very helpful staff. One suggestion that the breakfast should have something sweet like muffins or cinnabons type.

Hotel is in renovation. The room is spacious but apparently bit wear and tear. It is very close to Marta station in walking distance, and it is good choice if without renting car to go to downtown.

Great hotel, very convenient for us to take the subway into town. Breakfast was well meh…

Clean room. Very near airport and MARTA transit.

For the last 6 years Indigo has been our go to when we travel to ATL to see the family. Recently the quality of the property has been sub par. The hotel needs a face lift desperately. We have opted to stay in an Airbnb for the same price now that Indigo has started charging for parking. We appreciated the years and the fair cost of the rooms but unfortunately our time together has come to an end.

Very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large room. Great price.

The room was very comfy, the staff was accommodating and the breakfast was great.

The lamp in our had no shade and the desk chair had seen better days years ago. Only one elevator was working.

It was close to airport and had shuttle.

The sheets were dirty. It looked like blood spots. They were disgusting. We took pictures and showed front the desk. Got new sheets and put them on the bed. I would expect this from a different hotel but definitely wouldn’t expect this out of Hotel Indigo. Someone tried to get in our room at 3:00 am. Luckily the door was locked. Front desk did not show our room as booked.

Close to Marta. Friendly staff. For me, the mattress was a bit too firm.

Bugs, torn curtains, broken items

The hotels, location and staff are really good. However, the furniture is old and breaking down had to have the desk chair changed out and the table itself was falling apart. I understand it’s supposedly under renovation, but that was the only thing that put any damper on the stay. Especially since I was trying to do work at the desk.
