MCM Elegante Suites

This hotel was a perfect place to stay, well located to the city’s attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming always acknowledging visitors no matter time of day. I would recommend this hotel for any long term stays.

For a room with double queen size beds, I was surprised to find a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a two burner stove with several other kitchen utilities. I enjoyed the ceramic mug I took down to breakfast to enjoy my coffee. I also enjoyed getting my morning coffee the night before and using the micrwave in the morning in my room. The shower water pressure was great. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast. I don't think any day was the same. There was oatmeal, which I enjoyed. Eggs, toast, apple juice, bacon, or scauage. It was a clean, delightful surprise for such a low price.

Was clean and comfortable

Overall very happy with this hotel. Front staff were great. We had a large room on top floor with nice sized kitchenette, comfy bed and spotless. Front libby and breakfast a bid worn and small, hallways needing vacuuming. Gym was underwhelming Considering it was completely full it was quiet liked seeing grill and outdoor seating. Wouldvreturn

This hotel in Texas is wonderful. This was a pathetic place to stay.

From my check in to my checkout everything was class act. The service desk employees were really nice and willing to help at any time. I will be keeping this property in mind for future visits.

Breakfast was well stocked and slightly different each of the 3 mornings we stayed there. The staff was great, recommending places to eat and greeting each time we passed. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The Ten Commandments outside and Bible in every room was a beautiful thing to see.

Nice breakfast buffet ! Waffles were great. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds ! Easy .well lit parking.

Front desk staff was outstanding! Room was very nice and spacious, with beautiful view of Pikes Peak.

Good not great

The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been cooler, especially since we had a larger room with a separate living area. The loveseat was also quite uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was decent. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. The sink was pretty stained. The window shades didn't fully cover the window and there were no curtains to keep out the morning sun. The property allows permanent residents which I didn't know when I booked and it seemed to make up most people on the site. It felt weirdly dismal. The exterior of the property had a lot of trash alongside it. It felt a bit sketchy.

Perfect stay.

Friendly staff, loved our room. Clean, Ac worked well, bed was super comfy. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Little kitchen in room was so nice. Only thing we had a problem with, was limited parking. We had to park behind the building and two of the doors we tried we couldn’t get in, the third one brought us into the basement and my disabled mom had to climb stairs and ended up having a bad asthma attack. Loved this hotel otherwise.

Very happy every time we stay

The young man night receptionist was very customer service oriented. Provided all the pertinent information concerning the establishment and the area. Gave helpful suggestions and provided detailed information well before we asked. The room was spacious, well maintained and organized. Breakfast area was small but organized. Could have had some bacon as a selection but it didn't take away from the meal. Parking is limited but we didn't have any issue.
