great accommodations

This was just ok. The hidden parking fee of $10/night made me cranky and the beds were mushy and rolled to the middle. There are so many better hotels in this price range to choose from in Polaris area. I will not return.

Homes2Homes are consistently clean, well taken care of with great staff. This one did not disappoint. The location was perfect for our time between two towns.

Very clean Pool was not very clean we did not enjoy that

The check in process was slow because the guy in front of us was a walk in and it took a really long time to get his info. Our check in was fine since I had a reservation. The room was nice. We enjoyed having the kitchen and large refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The pool water was cold so we didn’t stay in long. The breakfast was good with little egg bites and spinach pastry bites. There were 2 sizes of waffle makers and a variety of juices and cereals. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet so we slept well. I liked the blackout shade. The bathroom was standard with pretty good water pressure in the shower. I would like for the mirror light to be brighter and there was no vent in the bathroom to remove steam. We got a hanging parking tag, maybe because there is a Costco next door and people may have parked at the hotel when they are busy. It is close to nice shops so it gave us something to do without going far.

Cleanliness was very good, upon check in staff was not very informative at all! She was to busy on her phone. I had to ask all the questions after she handed me my room key. Because at that point she just said my room number and to have a good evening. I asked about breakfast times, pool times, all the info she should have provided us. All the cleaning staff does not speak English. Try to get towels from the front desk not them. Overall 7 out of 10 rating. They could not keep up with breakfast, they ran out of food way to much ,and they use the cheapest plastic silverware for us to use. Plus foam plates that don't mix well when you put hot food on them! Plus its the same cold chicken patties and eggs. I've stayed at other Home 2 Suites and their food was much better and real silverware.

Pool very cold

Nice, big room with clean kitchenette. Comfortable beds. The biggest perk was having free laundry machines (provide your own soap). Breakfast had a large variety of options and coffee better than most. Parking was a bit interesting, with the primary lot being behind the hotel. Area seemed safe and staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of amenities.

Good breakfast food, clean hotel, and very pleasant staff.

We were informed there was a charge for "essentials" however we did not make any purchases outside of the hotel stay and the staff were not able to provide details of what they thought we purchased. We were able to obtain clarification from our bank that it was actually a card hold and the amount withdrawn from our account was only for the stay but it would have been nice to have this information from the hotel directly.

Location was great!

There was constant jumping and running in the room above us. When discussing it with the front desk clerk she dismissed us and didn’t help in anyway. The jumping and the running continued for our 2 day stay.

They overbooked and left me stranded when I arrived at 1am in the morning and all other hotels were booked so I had to sleep in my car
