The one bedroom set up, the weekend personnel for the breakfast area Elevator did not work, drink machines at breakfast did not work, 1/2 washers and dryers did not work, painting stairwell and no access to rail for 2 floors while elevator out (out for a couple of months) microwave in kitchen made horrible sound, tv remote did not work, outside door access did not work

No elevator, filthy interior floors, carpet, furniture.

Awful experience needs to be demolished don’t meet the least standards of cleanliness

I had an amazing time staying with you guys. I cannot wait to do it again. Didn’t get a chance to experience the gym or the pool, but I will be back. Thank you.

Hotel nice and clean and loved the beds and cold room

A little mix up about the shuttle service but it all worked out. Shuttles run from 7-11

Most of the staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean and nicely updated. The halls and all main areas were almost 80° at all times. The elevator was out for most of our stay. The washers were dirty to the point that the "clean one" stained our clothes. The dryer didn't dry my clothes after 2 cycles. The front door started sticking and not opening fully in the last few days. And the conference room when opened for us smelled so strongly of mildew we could not even enter the room for over an hour. It was still very strong with windows and the door open and fans on hours later. Also extra bedding was handed to us in black garbage bags.

The elevator was broken, I didn’t mind that. It was the noise all night long like a car was idling outside my window. It wasn’t a car, but the closest where the central air unit ran. I had to shut the air off in July to be able to sleep. It was awful. The sink was really cracked in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom never shut off. I was promised a discount when I brought the issues up. I never got one.

Comfortable, and enjoyable

Staff was kind. The elevator was down which we were informed of when we arrived. We were put on the 3rd floor and was told it would be repaired by Saturday. It was not and was down the whole weekend. Saturday there were kids in the parking lot breaking into cars which in return we had to haul all of our belongings up and down 3 flights of stairs to ensure it was not stolen. Sunday we decided to eat breakfast before my daughter’s last softball game and at 7:15am there was no breakfast. We were unable to wait around so we checked out and left. For $400 it felt like a subpar stay and would not book with this location again.

definitely feel the skimping on this brand lately. Staybridge used to have the best breakfast, now there are no hot items during the week. We are over the "grab and go" 2020 virus is over!. They used to have great scones. Now they case is empty or gross otis spunkmier muffins. Cheap walmart plates at the breakfast. The room did not have a phone. The room did not have pen/paper. The hotel used to have pump lotion and soap, now they dont, The room had a beat up bathroom. It looked like someone's dog was locked in there and scratched all over it.

It was a lovely time, room was cozy. Enjoyed snack time, and was able to cook in my room.

The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI.
