The front desk lady was awesome. Flights were canceled so it seemed as if everyone came to this hotel. The line was out the door and she did here best and didn’t get frustrated, well Atleast she didn’t show it. Now let’s get to the interesting part. Once I got to my room. The room was not clean at all. The previous person who stayed prior to me still had dirty sheets. Trash in the trash can. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Went down to switch rooms. The next room someone was taking a shower. I believe the paperwork was incorrect between housekeeping and the front desk. So I went back to my original room. I ended up cleaning my own room just to get some rest. It was the first I’ve ever experienced this
